It was so clean and the room was huge!

I checked in late because of my flight getting delayed. No one was at the desk and I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came. He was wonderful to me and another guest who needed assistance. There should be more than one person on duty overnight.

It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast could be better, I’ve had the same breakfast at other hotels for free. Had to pay $10 a person, not worth it.

The toilet wouldn't flush completely but they sent someone to fix it immediately. The room became very humid if the air conditioning temperature was decreased to my comfort level so we had to keep it super cold to avoid moisture in the floor and tables. The refrigerator did not run continuously, only for 2 hours at a time so we could only store certain beverages.

- It was a clean and quiet hotel. - The room had nice new furniture and a comfortable bed. - It was quiet. - The room was larger than expected.

- The blue LED lights from the outside were a little bothersome when trying to sleep.

It was clean and inviting and the gym facilities were a plus! The staff was also very friendly and nice!

Brilliant value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff.

The hotel was right on the strip, close to everything. If you want to go to the parks, there was a shuttle available once a day. A variety of places to dine, a supermarket and pharmacies. There is a daily breakfast buffet for a fee. There is an outdoor pool on site as well. Both the room and bathroom were modern and spacious. There was little carpeting, which was a plus. Mini frig and microwave for convenience. I would definitely stay here again!

One night, both elevators were out of order. That's the only reason why I didn't give 10s across the board. Other than that, there was only one elevator operational throughout my stay.

Very clean, easy check in, the staff was amazing, service was just great. The space of the room was perfect for my family, especially the bunk beds, very accommodating. The morning crew was pleasant, the music in the dining area gave the vibe of relaxing vacation, the aroma in the entire hotel was calming, and the location is within minutes of whatever you need. Beautiful landscape!

Not much to not like but if I had to choose one thing would be the breakfast option. It's truly continental, doesnt include usual breakfast drinks, and should be included for all guests counted in the room OR not included at all and charged with an actual limited menu to choose from.

The room was huge and they provided plenty of pillows & towels.

We called ahead and were told we could check in at 2:30 but once we arrived we were not able to check in until 3:30. Not a huge deal but a little annoying. Also there is only one entrance and exit which is hard to get too and there is not enough parking. I was blocked in when I went to leave because people just parked all over the lot not in designated spots.
