Great value and location

I understand you would like to sell time-shares, but I would appreciate eliminating the hard-sell as soon as you check-in. Mention that it is available but then leave it alone. It is a very big negative for me.

the staff was very friendly, location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean.

I felt it very awkward staff displayed the “I’m vaccinated “ badges. this made me uncomfortable. it seems to be a violation of their HIPPA, not to mention I prefer not to know the staffs medical history unless you are going to disclose the results of drug testing, HIV status, ect… not appropriate at all.

The location was perfect. We were only 1.5 miles from SeaWorld and that was where we were heading. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool was a good walk from our rooms but we were able to see what the hotel offered on our walk to it.

My biggest issue is upon booking I booked two rooms at the same time. You would think that would mean that we would have liked the rooms to be together. But we were in complete, separate buildings. And I did not see it disclosed that the WiFi would have to be paid for, therefore we used data for the two days we were there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at WorldMark Orlando Kingstown Reef and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location proved to be advantageous, especially for those with a car, as it provided easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the availability of free parking. Having a car during my visit, it was a relief to find that the hotel offered complimentary parking facilities.

It is worth mentioning that that they did not provide daily housekeeping services. lack of daily housekeeping created difficulties as the days progressed. Without regular cleaning and tidying of the room, it became challenging to maintain cleanliness Additionally, the absence of free WiFi was disappointing. internet is an expectation for most guests.

The room was great, the size was exceptional and the view was superb. The staff were kind and friendly, I mentioned to them that it was my granddaughter's birthday and they blew up balloons for her and gave her a birthday badge.

To me, the room with the King bed should have had the bathroom in the room instead of the bathroom being in the hall and the room with two queen beds having the on suite bath. Other than that, the room was great.

The unit that we were in had been refurbed and was very clean and nicely furnished and a great size for our family of 5.

I did not like that internet was not included in the price. I was comped free access by the colleague who checked me in, but only for two devices and the code she gave me would only allow access for one device. I could sense that the Wyndham staff were going to try and get me to attend a meeting about timeshare but I cut them off as we wouldn’t have had time during our visit.

The service in this location is not comparable to any other place we stayed. It was by far the best location we stayed yet one of the cheapest. Also it is relatively close to all the parks, so it is pretty much a bargain & a crime not to stay there. We absolutely highly recommend to give this place a visit. The room is more an apartment, the best AC for Europeans we had. The shower was a pleasure and the bed was great. The pool was also great and open atleast until 10pm. If we stay again in Orlando, we absolutely stay there!

I was disappointed to find out that internet access comes at an additional cost. Moreover, the absence of housekeeping and food & beverage services also detracted from the overall experience.

Have to pay for wifi, and the pools are small and boring for kids ,maybe if the hotel convert the 2 pools into a one big one and add a water slide for the children ,will be a excellent resort ,and build another one for adults separately 🤔😉. also we didn't like isn't a restaurant / bar on the pool .no restaurant on site is a disappointment 😞

The proximity to the Convention Center for our daughters volleyball tournament was perfect! Beautiful facilities and pool. Friendly staff

Many of these families work really hard to afford these vacations, not to mention traveling for sports. It should be made CLEAR to families that deposits for their timeshare meetings will not be refunded regardless of whether your sports schedule changes.
