The beds we not very good. The location was excellent and it was very clean. We didn't have enough towels and no shampoo or other products which was unexpected. The location made up for the negatives. I just wish the bed was more comfortable and the hideaway bed was poor.

The property is a gem. The condo #18 was super clean and room was always cool never returned to a warm/hot room. The view from balcony was amazing as well and a very short walk to beach. Towels and chairs with an beach umbrella provided. I just want to add that I only saw one baby iguana the entire time I was there. As far as cleaning goes, asked to clean out fridge and take out garbage so I don’t see why anyone would complain about having to do the minimal. This is someone’s condo not a motel room.

The sliding shower door would get a little stuck but nbd really, I made management aware before I left.

The property is located right on the canal, making it nice to sit out watching boats and fishing. Unlike the condos next door, we were able to fish from the docks which is a must for myself staying on the water. Very nice pool and lounging area after being on the beach, with areas to spray off before entering your room. Staff was super friendly and we were never bothered one single time all week.

We had a small issue with ants in the room. we noticed then upon arrival but not many. They did eventually grow in numbers and ruin a few of our food items but we combated it by placing most things in the refrigerator

I loved everything about this accommodation. The location, the size of our condo, the facilities. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. We arrived a few hours later than I had predicted and the reception lady stayed to hand over our key and show me where our accommodation was. Being right on the water was amazing. The walk to the beach was literally 4 minutes. We stayed 6 nights in Kissimmee and 6 nights here and I wish we had stayed longer in pompano beach and less time in Kissimmee!

Nothing. Everything was brilliant.

The view of the intracoastal was amazing! I watched the boats go by daily without having to leave my condo. The beach was less than a mile which was great too. The apartment condo itself was satisfactory to my needs. There was an issue with my original unit and I had to be moved to another unit however, the manager was quick to respond and address it which I greatly appreciated. I even ended up staying an extra week.

I wish there was an on site restaurant and the iguana creep me out as they were visible outside. But that was more about the location and surrounding of the condo and my fear of lizards 🦎.

There are many plusses to this accommodation. Sitting on the intercostal provides heart views of the water and sunsets. Sitting outside for an extended period in August is not comfortable. But I can imagine how pleasant it would be in cooler weather. The one bedroom condo I occupied was great for one person, two at most. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, e.g., table service for four and all sorts of knives and openers, so that I shopped and ate my meals in the apartment. I liked the savings that allowed. The location, between Route 1 and A1A, is desirable if you like a short drive to the beaches, local restaurants, and grocery stores. It's easy to get there from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport.

The management is not on site even during the business hours posted on the office door. I had to call the emergency number to report a malfunctioning toilet. Until I pressured her, it was not clear that she would send a plumber before the next day. The plumber came and was pleasant and efficient. He replaced the malfunctioning part and there was no further problem with the toilet. I stopped by the office several times to thank the management for sending the plumber but the office was always closed. The management does not provide daily room service or trash removal. There are explicit instructions on the refrigerator to clear out trash and food before leaving. There are other items like shampoo and paper towels you might expect that you need to supply yourself.

A gem of a property. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped and an amazing location on the causeway and close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. The manager was helpful and friendly.

Nothing not to like!

There’s not a bad room on the property. Thought was put into the room choice for us since we have kids which we really appreciate. The pool on the water was fabulous. Everything was clean and the kitchen was really nice! We drove to the beach and walked the next day! The property was well kept and quiet even during Memorial Day weekend which always worries me with holiday weekends. The boats going back and forth were great entertainment as well and Iguanas came around to visit which we enjoyed! Def. going to visit again! Gonna keep this place our secret ❤️😂

Loved everything!

We had a wonderful condo and the management worked with us when I booked incorrectly on booking.com. Location was great, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the boats go by. Pool area was well kept, common areas were beautiful. Very close to the beach, overall was an amazing stay!

I think we were suppose to get fresh towels on Friday but we ended up buy our own beach towels anyway so it wasn’t a big deal to us. Everything else was phenomenal and I will book here again if we ever come back to pompano!

It was a pleasure coming back to this piece of paradise after a day at the beach or doing touristy things. The setting on the intracoastal is magical! We were in the pool often. So cute to see iguanas all the time. We used the barbecue often. Full kitchen and stocked with everything you need. Great for my 3 teenagers and me. Highly recommend!💜
