Very clean, well lit up at night; Special mood lighting in the pool, great seating and lounging arraignment around the pool and court yard. Helpful staff and very polite. Close walk to the beach, there in 3 minutes walk time. Safe area. Two Thumbs Up.

Everything is close by and at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with our bathroom, but I t was fixed quickly. The lock is tricky but once you figure it out it works well. We arrived a little earlier, called the number provided in the text and since the room was ready we where given access earlier. The room included, good size fridge, plates, pots, pans, utensils, paper towel, toilet paper, extra towels, extra sheets, soap for dishes, soap for hands and body, shower gel, shampoo, blow dryer, iron, ironing board.

We were there during spring break, there was a group of kids (looked like over 20) with teachers. There was one night where they made a lot of noise until 1am.

The supervisor was very nice, friendly and helpful in everything. Me and my children had an amazing experience and definitely will be back again to this beautiful place. Highly recommend to book this place, only 2 mins of walking to the beach and 7 mins to any store to buy a food and more.

I didn't like that time flew by very quickly, no one wanted to go back home, we would have liked to stay longer.

It was a block away from the beach. The pool was nice and taken care of. They supply plates and silverware, but only select rooms have a kitchen sink (ours didn’t, but our friend’s did). They also had some beach supplies available to borrow in the laundry room, which was a nice surprise. They are also a wildlife protection sanctuary. They have iguanas and lizards that roam the common areas, so don’t be alarmed. Near the pool, they also provide grills (sometimes having extra charcoal and lighter fluid in the laundry room).

Personally, our electric lock on the door stopped working the second day we were there. We had to call (there wasn’t ever any staff on site) and get the combination for the lock for housekeeping. It was a big inconvenience. If you’re planning on staying a week, I recommend bringing detergent. The towels they give you are all you get. If you want clean towels, you have to use the laundry machines on site. $1.50 per machine (washer and dryer) with quarters. Bring bug spray! Lots of mosquitoes

I like that there was a kitchenette and a salt water pool on the premises. Great location close to beach and restaurants/stores.

We couldn't connect to the wifi the entire time we were at the location. It kept failing. The beds in one of our rooms (#16) were breaking down, so we were afraid to move while on them. There were too many biting bugs in the rooms, so many that I thought there were bed bugs, because I got bit over 20 times in a single night, but we checked for bed bugs and there were none. Just a LOT of mosquitoes!

the property was recently updated, clean, polite staff & convenient in location! our room was perfect for our 4 day stay. the kitchen area was equipped with glassware, utensils, toaster & coffee. the shower/bathroom were stocked with full size shampoo/conditioner & body wash!! we really enjoyed the check in/out process as it was all virtual (almost Airbnb style) so there was no hassle of having to wait during check in/out. the courtyard area was perfect. plenty of seating including a covered picnic table area, hammocks, hanging egg chairs & an uncovered picnic table area. for the price, location & experience we will absolutely be back!!

the different hang out zones, especially the egg chairs hanging. it was so close to the beach, I liked that we had a mini kitchenette. loved that there were some pool toys in no used for use.

I think they should either get more egg chairs instead of the hammocks, or get different hammocks-those weren’t very comfortable to use. new cushions for the outdoor couch, maybe an area that guests can access things they might need since staff aren’t really present (Ice, soda machine, beach chairs to borrow) Wish there was a hot tub.

The room was so clean. Cutest decor and just the right size for 2. Equipped with the small kitchenette, including dishes was a very nice touch. So close to the beach and within walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, Walgreens, souvenirs, etc.

The room was a little warm, we had to buy a fan to help the a/c. But other than that no complaints

Nice, small apartment/hotel room type with the basics you need! Had everything we needed for the few days staying. If it's a 3/4 travel I think its great, not more time than this. Location is convenient, 1 block from the beach

The only issue we had was the bathroom was full of mosquitoes! They literally ate all of us lol. Some more control and maybe a bug killer would be appreciated. Just that!

relaxed atmosphere, the communal area is modern clean and well equipped for socialising and relaxing. the location is exceptional just one block from the beach and if you any be bothered to go that far the pool is great. for us it gave us a home base whilst we were away, we loved the independence of it not feeling like a hotel.

it would have been nice to have a hob in the kitchen to do some simple cooking. but that is a tiny criticism.
