It was close to the historic district. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. The bed was clean very comfortable and welcoming after a long day in the historic district. The refrigerator was an added convenience and really kept things cold.

The floor could have been cleaner, it was damp and sticky with a soapy residue. The door needed one of those things across the bottom because there was a space between the bottom of the door and the floor, it was small but enough that bugs could get in.

The room had new plumbing fixtures, new TV, new lamps that were easy to use, new radio with 2 electric outlets, 2 USB ports, new bed, new A/C, new small microwave oven, and new small refrigerator. The electronic key card worked thru close proximity/contact rather than have to slide or insert it into a slot. Staff was friendly. Relatively easy road entries/exits. Good price.

There is too much road traffic in St. Augustine for such a relatively small place. Though this is true for the whole state of Florida and the motel owner's have no control over it. The road traffic noises seemed to be non-stop throughout the night.

Excellent location. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Comfortable king-size bed and large flat screen TV. Standard small refrigerator with freezer and a microwave were all we needed. Breakfast is not included, but we were happy to eat at the great Metro Diner, nearby. Complimentary cold water bottles upon arrival were appreciated.

We had no problems or complaints.

My favorite room in all St Augustine Fl. It’s is quiet, it is restful, it is near my yoga classes, it’s near great restaurants, it is well furnished with every thing I need, and the bed was very very comfortable. I slept very well. And I liked being in town close to everything. And the price fit my budget. Very well managed hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like. A bathtub would have given me an opportunity to take my epsom salt baths which I enjoy. But not worth the extra expense.

The Room was everything I needed it to be: clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The family that runs and owns this property were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. If you’re in Saint Augustine I need a place to stay that is conveniently located to the beach or to the Amphitheatre, I would recommend this one.

The bathroom sink did not drain that well, but in the grand scheme of things, that’s really nothing.

even though it has received a lower rating, I feel this Inn is well worth the price and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Now the outside may need a little facelift but overall it was a wonderful lodging experience. a great value for the price.

Room decor is simple, modern and nice. Large tv and spacious nicely tiled shower. Location is good, if you have your own transportation. Furniture and lenens were very clean.

Mattress was firm and I could feel the springs under the padding. While the room was clean, the wood laminate floor was gritty and dusty.. No estras other than a bottle of water. No vending machines, but it's just a 3 minute walk to a convenience store.

Room 119 has a king bed and plenty of floor space to move around. The room was clean and modernized. The air kept the room cool, no loud noise inside or outside the unit. Bed was comfortable and the unit came with a fridge and microwave. Location is only about 1 mile from downtown St Augustine. A great walk if it wasn't so hot in FL. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again for our next visit.

The room needs a mirror outside of the bathroom and it needs a small foot rug to wipe our feet on. A pool woud be on my wish list. And we never saw an ice machine.
