everything was perfect, the staff was super nice and polite. always trying to make our stay exceptional level. the general manager James was outstanding great leader, coaching the staff to provide exceptional experience for every visitor. the food was excellent, bed super comfortable and location is just right I-75. couldn’t be more perfect for me and my family. good internet connection, I ran my Daily Stand up with my team without any issue from the lobby. even while I was in my meeting the staff was asking me what they can do to help me in anyway. just, an example of the staff commitment with the excellent. this was my first from future recurrent stay in this hotel brand.

everything was perfect, nothing to complain. the heater for the pool was damage but that can happens to anyone.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! Check in was quick, easy and the staff members were so quick to recommend some great food and shopping to us. Our room was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! We also really enjoyed breakfast AND the complimentary tea/coffee bar. Overall worth every penny for the night especially being only 10 minutes from downtown. We wish we were staying longer and will be coming back!

The road was a little noisy at night but really nothing the hotel or staff could do. It is right off hwy 92!

The location & convenience of being right off the expressway and less than 6 miles for the easy access to Kennesaw & Marietta. I absolutely love the staff and all the people that make up this hotel and the comfort & cleanliness and even the up keep of the Indoor pool. The breakfast is amazing and such southern hospitality to the home cooked breakfast. Would recommend to friends & family and anyone needing a hotel to stay at. Stayed for a class reunion. Location was great. Staff was extremely friendly from check-in to housekeeping to breakfast staff. We always saw someone cleaning something and it showed as the hotel was spotless. My wife left some clothes behind in the closet and we called 2 days later and housekeeping had them held in case we called. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing....just make sure you check the closet if you use it because it uses the sliding pocket door to the bathroom to hide it and we fell victim to this and left some clothes behind.

LOCATION! My son was playing baseball @Lake Point,Acworth was just 10mins South of Emerson where LP was located.We stayed for 5 days traveling back and forth,not one day of traffic. The staff & facilities were great! Morning breakfast was very good,my son loved the blueberry waffles,different omelettes each morning,even had good ol grits one morning! Maggie the front desk manager was exceptional, I came in fairly late one night with a box of cookies,(gotta have milk) I asked her was there any milk available,she made her way to kitchen area and brought back 2 ! Late night snack made complete by Maggie!

Hotel lobby & room was clean, simple modern decor. Reception desk staff was very helpful & welcoming. Gave good recommendations for dinner as well. Great bed, quiet room, everything was clean & worked! Easy parking. Breakfast area really pleasant, limited but good buffet food choices, nice area for sitting & enjoying the meal. Overall, really a good showccase for Hampton Inn properties, I will be considering them highly in future travels!

WiFi wasn't very strong in the room. That's about it.

Very pleasant staff, great breakfast. Ladeena was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived it was raining and there was a big white truck parked in the entry, there was someone in it waiting. We're pretty sure it was waiting for the desk clerk. It never moved and we had to carry all our baggage in through the rain. When we came back down a bit later she was gone and so was the truck.

Nice atmosphere. The ambiance of the lobby was pleasing. The moderness of the rooms, the kind employees, the breathable air quality and safe environment were all good.

My window view. All I saw were trees and the main road. I think there was a piece of hair on the wall in the bathroom that I disregarded.

We loved the location. It was peaceful. The staff was super nice. The snacks were conveniently located. We played games in the lounge/lobby with our grown children that we were visiting in the evenings and it was very comfortable. They have hot coffee and hot water/tea station that is available 24/7.

The breakfast. Lack luster at best. Eggs were cold. The bananas the day we got there had brown spots all over them and I was shocked that they were even put out there.

The location is perfect and close to both the highway and to the family located in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable.

They now only clean the room on demand or every 5th day of your stay. I really have no issue with that we are not messy travelers but it did take one call and going to the front desk later to get fresh towels.
