I always enjoy staying here! The front desk associates are always helpful and kind, going above an beyond to help in dealing with 3rd party booking situations. The beds are a dream - I always get a good night of rest there! I will definitely be back!

I was staying on the 3rd floor, and I'm pretty certain that a guest was smoking marijuana. I know you can't truly control what guests do, but it can put a damper on the stay. Thankfully I couldn't smell it in my room - but it was quite strong in the hallway. I would say to keep an eye on that or put something in place that strongly discourages that kind of behavior.

It was very clean and staff were constantly cleaning the entrance area. The staff throughout our stay were extremely nice especially the morning and midday staff.

We arrived late and the staff checking us in was not very welcoming. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to charge my card that I held the room with online she just ran it. She really didn’t say anything at all just handed me my key and we had to find our way to the elevator.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean.

I had problems getting into the room with the electronic keys. I had to try multiple times even after the front desk rekeyed the electronic key cards. I was not happy with that. The bathroom floors constantly got wet after showering. I think that has to do with the type of shower curtain. There were work trucks who took up 4 parking spaces because they had trailers attached. They should be in an area where as they don’t take up that many parking spaces.

The bed is very comfortable with great pillows and amble lighting. The ac/heat is wall-controlled and works well. The room is spacious and clean. The location is excellent for access to the highway, groceries, parks, etc. I felt safe both in the parking lot and in the building.

The walls are thin so if it is crowded, you hear a lot from fellow travelers. There is no tag for the door to send a message to housekeeping. The TV remote was ineffective even with new batteries. The front desk woman gifted me with unsolicited complaints about everything from other guests, the staff, and her job. She also kept her personal phone stuck to her ear while talking to me. Unprofessional, but not to do with the actual property.

We didn't eat breakfast, we were there for an Atlanta Braves ballgame (I've never been) The front of the hotel entrance was very clean an inviting. The Clerk on duty was very, very nice an helpful. He explained where the ice, snack machine, an the elevators were. I'd definitely recommend if your in that area..

The parking could have been better but overall we got in fine an out fine an felt very safe

Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was booked when I made my reservation on booking.com. They called me immediately to let me know. Then they called back and said they found a room for me. Check-in was quick and simple. Nice breakfast.

Sorry, responded in wrong box and to much to rewtite. THIS IS WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE. I had pd prior on 1/5/23 and was told I could instead reserve on the 26th due to illness for initial booking. Great location, clean spacious King Suits, the hotel smelled AMAZING! That smell was the first thing i mentioned when i went up to the sliding doors to enter. Receptionist very nice, quick checkin. Location is great! We were by stores/restaurants so we didn’t have to travel far at all!

Honestly everything was great!

The shower could have been cleaned it had black mold in the shower and the shower head had calcium build up the refrigerator was not clean and the towel rack was broken and left on the wall like it wasn't smh.

the front desk help was amazing. Staff working at the breakfast were so helpful, cheerful and hard working.

The breakfast area was packed! we had to wait in line a long time.
