Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Executive Park/Emory

I was having eye surgery at Emory Eye Center/Clifton Rd. facility. It was 12 min away and easy to get to from the hotel. The hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. Desk people were kind, efficient and very helpful.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. The food was fine but nothing to brag about. Very limited menu and they were out of some selections on the menu. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful. We did not try breakfast or lunch as my scheduled surgery did not allow it.

Location was very close to where we wanted to be. The room was clean on arrival the staff was friendly and attentive.

The price I booked was different than the price I paid. Some nights where more expensive another was less overall I quess it averaged out. I did not like paying for parking as the parking was normal parking lot. I did not see any value in it for me. We expected room cleaning but never had the room cleaned in our 3 day visit. That was generally not an issue other than not having coffee for the coffee maker in the room.

All of the staff were attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better for the purpose of our trip. Made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

Only negative was that on the backside of the hotel is a major interstate so that was a little noisy but with the air on and tv it wasn’t that noticeable.

The location was beautiful wooded area; however, the the back of the building backs into a highway so it could be loud a times. I was expecting a normal continental breakfast with fruit, cereal, milk, OJ/apple juice. It was a full service bistro type of breakfast that you pay anything above $10.

Bottled water (at least one initial) in the room to welcome thirsty customers or filtered water availability near ice dispenser

This location was perfect in distance from my Doctors Office visit across the street at the Emory Clinics

Initially my reservation was for a King size bedroom for one person on this visit; but upon arrival, the Clerk changed my room reservation requested to a double bed room. He did ask if I minded the change, but did not tell me why he needed to change it. I didn't really mind the change but I'd rather have what I first requested from the website when I first made my reservation.

The rooms were clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the customer service in the front desk, as well as the cleaning staff were wonderful 👌

My room did not have a bathtub, and the pool wasn't open. Even with those two things my stay was wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and useful. It was quiet in the hotel. The internet worked well in my room, even at the end of the hallway.

The Bistro restaurant was closed, and this was not indicated on the website; I was told after I arrived. I had been counting on this for evening meals, and instead had to walk 15-20 mins to find decent food.

The location was fantastic. Everything was less than twenty minutes away. It was great to park right outside my room. The shower was really hot. The room felt so comfy.

I do wish that there was not an additional charge for parking. the ice machine was a bit far from my room. There was a bug in the restroom when I arrived, If my spouse had seen it first, we probably would not have stayed.

Loved that it was right across the street from the hospital so we could walk to our appointment. Loved the clean room and comfy bed.

Most of the light fixtures had bulbs that were out. Room was dark. Didn’t like that the coffee maker didn’t work (the hot water bubbles out of the machine and didn’t even hit the coffee pack).

The a la carte breakfast was good and reasonable. The location is good and the courtyard concept is more homey than a typical high-rise hotel.

The proximity to a noisy highway, which is hard to change of course. The lack of an electric-car charging station.
