Comfortable bed, clean room and building, very peaceful at night. DirecTV with a channel guide - works just like at home! Large desk and rolling office chair. Refrigerator kept drinks cool (needed to be defrosted, though). Didn't use the microwave, but it was there. Efficient check-in and friendly house keeping. Breakfast options included pancakes, cereals, muffins, microwavable sausage biscuits, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee.

Breakfast was "Meh". No hot proteins, a mini-fridge had some off-brand sausage biscuits and yogurts. The door to my room had a gap above it, but the room stayed cool in 90 degree temps. The AC did blow the curtains open and out into the room, so I put a trash can on the AC unit to keep the curtain down and shut.

Location was excellent!

Continental breakfast was not what we thought it would be after visiting other hotels who provided the same. Had extra expense of buying our own breakfast each morning. Problem with housekeeping trying to come into our room one morning while we were sleeping even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping also seemed pushy and eager for us to get out the morning of our departure. Walked into our room “to see if we were gone” while we were packing to leave. Returned again, while we were packing up, to tell us to leave the door open when we leave. That was annoying and we do not feel was very business like.

The hotel is within half a mile of a mall, a huge Walmart, and several restaurants are within walking distance.

The fact that the cleaning crew does not return if they see a "Do not disturb" sign on your door. It looks like they clean only in the morning. I also didn't like that I could not drink the water from the tap in the room because it wreaked of chlorine, but it is really not their fault because the problem is city-wide, indeed pervasive throughout the region. I say so because the water I was served at a restaurant in St. Simons Island had the same problem. It smelled of chlorine.

The staff was very nice and professional. They called us after check out to let us know we would be charged for a pillow that seemed to be missing during cleaning. when I told them we didn’t take a pillow with us they said they would look again before charging us and then called back to tell us they found the pillow and we wouldn’t be charged. I feel like most places would have just charged you without really looking.

The carpets definitely had not been cleaned in a while

Loved the breakfast options, rooms were clean, area felt safe, room just needed a little improvement at least, looks like the room has been thru alot, needs some repairs, other then that our stay was great.

Our room was kind of needing some improvement, we were in room 200, was not able to lock the top lock on the door, because the frame and stuff was messed up, we didn't want to touch it. It's like the door was kicked down before, and the frame never got fixed. Only negative was didn't feel real safe due to that fact that we were not able to use that lock. Other then that everything was hunky dory.

Smaller hotel but not lacking. Front of hotel was clean and inviting, front desk clerk got us checked in with ease. He was super friendly. Room was clean and smelled nice and it wasnt stuffy. There was a buffet style restaurant in walking distance and we felt very safe walking to dinner. We had a microwave and fridge in the room which was a surprise because it wasn't listed when booking. Good location to shopping and restraunts in the area. Really enjoyed our quick visit to Ga. and would definitely stay here again.

The weekend went by way too fast. The hotel was great. Wouldnt change a thing.

The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. It was a relief to have somewhere to stay on our way back to Atlanta. We were evacuated from the island we were staying at because of a storm and needed to change our reservation by one day, and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was professional.

Really, the coffee tasted horrible, and the breakfast was not really up to typical standards. There were two types of cereal, plain bagels and bread. There was juice and a jug of milk in the fridge if you wanted it for coffee or for cereal. You could put grape jelly, peanut butter, or cream cheese on your toast, and that was if for condiments. There was a pancake maker that seemed to be broken. It seemed more like a setup if you were visiting friends, not a hotel. We ended up getting something at a nearby restaurant.

This was a very comfortable room. Loved the larger than normal frig in the room. There was just enough room in it as I had a small amount of groceries with me. There were plenty of channels to choose from on the flat screen, a nice chair with a foot stool was a favorite when not in the bed. I enjoyed my relaxing down time here. I was near eateries and walmart was very close. I was very pleased this was a pet friendly establishment as I have an emotional support chihuahua.

I needed ice and the ice machine was broken. My room door was difficult to open. I had to push it really hard to get in and to close it.

My friend and I absolutely enjoy our stay. It was clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. We would definitely come back

The only thing that wasn’t clean is the floors. I just had gotten out of the shower and was wondering why my feet were black. It was kinda gross. So I’d definitely bring sandal or something to wear in the room. Other than that everything was good!

The bed was very comfortable. Even though the facilities are a bit dated everything was clean and worked ok.

Breakfast was a disappointment, 2 choices of cereal, frozen mini sausage biscuits to heat up in the microwave, instant oatmeal, and 1 flavor of yogurt were about all you had to choose from. OJ tasted pretty horrible. There was an automatic pancake machine but it seemed to be broken.
