I love that the hotel offered a full hot breakfast instead of the continental breakfast. The full breakfast is what persuaded me to stay here instead of somewhere else. You got have an omelet made exactly how you wanted it as well. The staff was very friendly. They seemed to be always smiling which was wonderful. The King Suite was gorgeous. I loved that I had a living area that was separate from my sleeping area. I also loved looking at the cascading waterfall fountain in the lobby because it had a calming effect. The location was awesome.

I wished there had been more options for tv watching, but it still had most of the channels I usually watch. I can't complain about anything else. The place was very welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was awesome because it had order your own style waffles and omletes. You also had the breakfast buffett as well. I can honestly say the rooms was above what I had expected and it was next to the movie theater so my family was able to see a few new movies that came out during that weekend.

I don't know if there is anything we did not like. If there was something I didn't like or need I just asked the reception desk and they took care of it.

The staff! All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the location was good if you wanted to visit the islands. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby and supermarkets.

Although the room was clean it was dark and in need of some TLC. Paint was coming off the ceiling and walls and it just felt like it needed a lick of paint and new furniture.

Friendly staff. Nice bed. Comfortable suite. I liked that the TV area could be closed off from the bedroom as to nor disturb someone sleeping.

Our trip was unexpected and unplanned. Having arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and having to leave fairly early in the morning, we were faced with a rather expensive place to spend only a few hours.

The rooms were clean, the food was great. Also like the happy hour that makes the value higher.

I realize this is an older Embassy Suites from the appearance outside and with a small pool. My opinion is that hotel prices have skyrocketed so I always think they are too high, but this was ok for the closeness to the islands.

Breakfast was amazing and the location of the hotel was close to everything. Me and my husband got up every morning for breakfast and the complimentary drinks was good as well even though went didn't get our drinks each night that we was there because we was out enjoying ourselves most of the time. This was my second time staying and my husband's first time and he loved it. We will be booking this location each time we come to Brunswick

There was nothing to dislike

Our stay was great! I grew up staying in Embassy Suites traveling with family as a child. The only improvement would be cleaner bathrooms. The hotel itself is in need of refreshing. Paint, some structures, furniture should be updated. Staff was friendly, very responsive, and helpful.

Bathrooms could've been cleaner deeper.

Rowdy teenagers in and out of hotel and in the parking lot running around the cars until around 1 am. Lots of cursing with no reguard to the customers of the hotel. I will try to avoid this hotel in the future because of the uncontrollable groups of teenagers around the hotel area and the movie area. It is unfortunate because the hotel is nice. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have noticed these types of problems becoming worse with each stay.

The facility was very clean. My husband and I always enjoy the evening Reception!!!

We came down from Atlanta to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday!!! Taking a dip into the pool is one of her favorite things. It was very disappointing that even though I called ahead to inquire about pool usage , once we arrived we learned that the pool would Not be accessible during our entire stay! BUMMER

didn’t like that the internet didn’t work in the room and how you had to leave the door open to where the bed room was to get heat in the room! I didn’t like if we shut the door we couldn’t get no heat in the room where the bed was!
