The rooms are large, with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. The free breakfast is from 6:30 to 9 and has enough options for everyone and tastes really good. The bed were too soft for Mt back and it felt like I was drawing in sheets. The room can be hot with the way the AC unit is so bring a fan if you enjoy air blowing on you while you sleep.

The only thing I had an issue with was they put the towel rack in the shower so it was hard to keep dry towels.

Place is very clean, breakfast was excellent (wife loved the sausage/eggs), bed slept great. Parking lot lighting is very good (used to be lighting designer), road noise level was OK. Right next to Texas Roadhouse, so can walk for food. Staff was very nice, helpful. Read a lot of hotel reviews prior to booking Hyatt, and feel it was a good decision. Was right on this one. Asked for a non-animal room, and they did that. Wife is recommending this place to a single lady friend who's traveling to Columbus soon.

Didn't like being charged $15 extra to card in case of buying a movie or other incidentals. Supposed to be refunded if we didn't buy anything. We didn't charge anything, so as long as the refund comes back, we're good.

Need more variety of breakfast for vegans/vegetarians. Pool side of building was very noisy

The rooms were amazing and exceptionally clean, along with a very friendly staff.

Not the staff or properties fault, but some people are lazy and disgusting because they left a good amount of trash by the elevators which wasn’t taken care of by the staff till the cleaning staff came on next morning. Guests fault not the staff.

the breakfast was perfect .. quality food & a good mix of protein, carbs & fruit. attendant standing at post ready to assist & maintain area.

everything was lovely the only negative was i requested a room with a soaking tub & nothing mentioned at check in & room had a shower only. The room was very spacious & inviting so after having already checked in husband liked it so much & the tub request was just for me so we opted to just go with it.

I used to travel extensively for work; this breakfast was better than 90% of the ones I experienced in my travels where it was not a restaurant setting. And I really appreciated that the eggs were made on site, not prepackaged.

A grab bar for the toilet or a comfort height one would have been nice.

The breakfast was great, a variety of selections to choose from. Everything tasted awesome.

I have no complaints. I was able to bring my Bichon puppy and she spent all her time looking out the picture window. We were very comfortable and it was quiet.

The king room was very big and spacious. It had a sofa/sofa bed. The sofa had a divider between it and the bed so it was nice.

The bathroom was really small with only a shower and toilet in it. The sink was outside and directly across from the bed.

The hotel location was convenient, easy access from and to I-185. The room was good as well as the breakfast.

There’s no easy access to charge the cellphone at the immediate area(s) of the bed. Also, the toilet in the bathroom is (I think) very low.

everything was fine...the toilet was running but we managed to fix it.

the breakfast food was not well attended....biscuts hard, pancakes hard (due to the way they were keeping them warm). Fruit salad was old and tasted terrible. The price was shockinig too.....I booked it for $155 and paid 187 when done.
