Upon check in was told I did not have a reservation and all rooms were filled..I had made reservations through Booking.com with confirmation and pin numbers provided. Finally after contacting Booking.com and having them call the motel , we were provided rooms. Front desk claimed that our confirmation and pin numbers were not in their system. Have used Booking.com for years without this problem. I think it was too easy for the front desk to claim the third party making the reservation was at fault. The two systems should have synced and avoided a difficult time.

The staff was super-helpful and friendly. We needed something one evening when they were very busy and they came through after we'd lost hope that they could manage it. Breakfast was just right - little omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, make your own waffles, lots of yogurts and fruits and juices, in addition to the usual cold cereals/bagels/toast. Fitness center was well maintained and clean. Hotel is located right off the highway but it was quiet. Free bottled water and daily cookies too.

Only complaint is that the heating/cooling was difficult to regulate. It vacillated between being too cold and too hot, and the fan seemed to have one speed - high. Also, some might miss having a bathtub - we just had a shower.

friendly staff, clean everywhere: room ,halls, dining rm, outside. good b’fast. and slightly varied b’fast ea day.

minor issues: no fan in the bathroom ; one lamp next to the bed needed a bulb replaced. it was on, but didn’t light up much. I should have mentioned it. you should have a printed channel guide in the rm.

I had previously booked this room through Booking.com. there were issues at check-in, resulting in me having to pay for the room twice. I called the next day and the manager was able to make it right.

Breakfast was okay but we would have liked toasted bread - not just bagels. And there was no cheese.

The nice lady at the front desk upgraded our room from one bed to two beds for no extra charge. The breakfast was good. For Covid still being an on going thing in life it was pretty good and all was easily accessible. The room was very clean and neat. Definitely will stay here if I come to Covington again and recommend it to friends/family.

The room was nice

I was there 3 days didn't anyone come to my door to see if i needed anything .i like to drink coffee .i mean i guess i could have ask .for it .and i have to walk with a cane .and i had my bag didn't anyone ask if i needed help in any kind of way.but i guess i should have been able to handle it all myself .

Excellent customer service and relaxing atmosphere, clean, and great food!!!! Every hotel employee I had the pleasure of interacting with went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my hotel stay was my home away from home, and I most definitely will be back, and will recommend Hampton Inn Covington to my friends and family.

There is no sink stopper. Don't lose your ring or it will be hard to retrieve.

Everything was fine bed was a little lumpy but still comfortable.
