Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dalton, GA

This property was off the highway and down on a quiet road. Had a easy check in and out. We loved that the pool was open 6am to midnight (we got in late but the kids still wanted to swim). We had a handicapped room (not sure why) but it had lots of space and was wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was big enough and had handrails in the shower (it was a tub though), there was also a shower chair and the shower head was debatable. The beds were lower to the ground, im assuming for wheelchair assistance, beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Breakfast was nice (waffle maker, Oatemal, 3 cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, toaster items)

Our room has a faint but weird smell when we first came in, nothing to strong. There was not enough clean pool towels when we went swimming (but could have been that laundry wasn't done yet) Not sure if I had booked the last room or if there were more rooms available but if there was I wish the handicapped room was not rented out for just in case.

I liked the fact that it was 8 minutes away from my appointment. Check in was odd as far as writing down the tag number, which was understood but I didn't know it and had to walk back outside in 30 degree weather to retrieve it. I missed the breakfast but looking forward to it as I've book more days for April. The room was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Clean facility and we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and took such good care of us. The room was nice.

I booked the room through Booking.com and the reservations were not what we paid for when we go to the property. Thankfully, the front desk clerk was very helpful and straightened things up for us. This is the second time I’ve booked through booking.com and was extremely disappointed when arriving at the property.

Location, easy off the freeway. Breakfast staff is really nice. Rooms are quiet.

The exhaust fan needs a clean, it doesn't extract. The top of the door frame in the bathroom was not cleaned in a long time. There were butts of stuff blown onto the duvet, from the a/c unit. The place needs a good maintenance clean- something beyond the housekeeping norms.

Love the way this place looks! it’s very modern, gives you a comfy feel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful! Definitely appreciate the note that was left on our room by one of the cleaning staff, very thoughtful♥️

The breakfast could be better, it’s always the same thing and no eggs/sausage/bacon. would’ve been perfect☺️

Our stay was very pleasant and everyone we encountered was super nice! The pool being open late (midnight!!) was a very pleasant and much appreciated surprise for the kids while traveling! Room was big, clean and nice. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you! We will stay here again!!

We actually slept through breakfast but I love that they offer breakfast in the morning always a plus when you have kids and a tight schedule. I loved that check out was at 12pm in stead of 11am like most hotel's these days. I only know of one other hotel with a 12pm check out. That extra hour means a lot when you are not at home at a new place people usually stay up late exploring and doing activity's. We stayed at a hotel with a pool since the kids haven't been out to much this year. I would give them a 99.9 because there's always room for improvement for everything an everyone. Very pleased will stay again.

Staff was so polite and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful - many selections

The drain in the bathtub did not work - wouldn't close to take a bath and we had a 2 year old with us.

The room was good, beds were comfortable. The two ladies at check in were Great. Grand daughter enjoyed the pool.

Breakfasts was minimal. Would liked to have had bacon sausage and eggs as other places we stayed at during our travel.

We love the fact that you have the pool open until midnight it's a great way for the children to let off steam after a long day of traveling. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facilities claim.
