Breakfast, Cleanliness of room, Location and Front desk staff

Ask room cleaning staff for fresh wash cloth and towers she told me wait until later I was ready to take a shower then not later so I waited about 30 minutes and then took her the yesterday towers and wash cloth for some fresh ones cause she told me she was coming but that I think she had forgotten that y she should've gave them when I asked

The rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. The rooms are outdated, if you have a toddler like myself that gets thirsty in the middle of the night and wants a cool drink it’s tough. The breakfast waffle mix selection, just keep it simple. The choices were pumpkin spice and vanilla flavored mix. Food was cold even in warm incubation thingy. sausages were horrible.

The location across from the Arbor Mall and it's proximity to the highway were pluses. The room was exactly what I needed as we were 4 adults and 2 children. The Lady working with the breakfast was very nice. We arrived a little late for breakfast on Saturday morning, and she didn't rush us or make us feel like we were holding us up. I appreciated that as we were exhausted. Nice front desk person as well.

Could use some updating. It's decor is pretty outdated.

Breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable; they made sure I had everything I needed from the breakfast buffet before cleaning up and closing it up. I appreciated this very much. The A/C was on full blast when you first walk in, which is really good, due to the Atlanta heat.

The pool was very small.

Clean and comfy beds. Soft towels

Blow dryer didn't work. I told the lady at the front desk she gave me a blow dryer. I go upstairs try to use it it doesn't work. I go back downstairs let her know that it didn't work. She said let me talk to one of the maids and see if they have an extra one. I never heard from back from her and I unfortunately had to go to a funeral with crazy looking hair.

When I asked housekeeping, that was on my floor cleaning for extra towels and let her know that she did not have to clean the room while I stayed there. She looked at me like I had two heads.

The kitchen staff, Christie, was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was satisfied with their breakfast. Christie was super friendly and made sure that everyone had what they needed.

Microwave in my room did not work.

Went down to breakfast at 8 and the bar was very picked over. Very little of the hot selections left and almost none of the bread items were left. There were 4 attendants standing there but nobody was replenishing the food.

the location is close to everything, however it is tough getting onto the hwy right there. but that’s minor

The breakfast was hot and delicious however I missed not having the hot grits and delicious fresh tasting chocolate chip cookies like the one in Okeechobee, Fl.

Less attitudes when asking a question. When I asked the breakfast lady for orange juice the second morning she replied kinda rudely, It’s over there. It was in a different place the second day of our visit. On the last night of our visit, My daughter’s wedding day, I requested to check out a little late because we returned late to the hotel, the male clerk responded rudely, I can do 12:00 and that’s all I can do. I understand but how he said it gave me the creeps.
