Everything was wonderful. Every staff member we interacted with was perfectly polite. The room was clean enough and quite spacious. Towels and sheets weren't the softest in the world, but they were definitely better than other places I've stayed, and they provided plenty. And it was surprisingly quiet, even on the nights when it was at higher occupancy, aside from general city noises. If you get a room with a "pool view" you get a pretty cool sunrise in the mornings. Comparing tit for tat this hotel vs others in the area with rooms for the same price point, this one definitely takes the win. I'll stay here again if the need arises.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guest Lodge and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly atmosphere welcomed me with open arms. The staff at the Guest Lodge are the true gems of this establishment. Their hospitality and attentiveness were beyond compare. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such genuine and caring individuals who truly understand the art of customer service. The rooms at the Guest Lodge were not only clean but also incredibly cute. The attention to detail in the decor and layout made for a cozy and inviting ambiance. It's evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.

Everything was great!

The bed was so comfortable and the room was so pretty and clean. There wasn't a lot of commotion at night or the weekends so we were able to rest after being out all day. The fridge and microwave worked great.

The only complaint we had was that the TV and the remote didn't really match up. Making it extremely hard to find regular channels. There were a lot of channels but none really that were "normal" channels people usually watch today. But we didn't spend much time in the hotel so most of the time we just went to sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Guest Lodge MSA, that my experience excelled. My expectations from the moment, stepped through the doors I was envelope in the comfort. The staff are undoubtedly it’s a greatest asset. They are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely friendly. Accommodations for nothing but short of remarkable my room was tastefully, decorated company, modern elegance with warm and inviting ambience.

The rooms were nicely appointed and well kept up. The location seemed particularly safe being next to the town Public Safety Building. Our rooms were steps away from the nice pool and courtyard. The staff was excceptional; friendly and helpful was the norm there. My granddaughter left something in her room as we were leaving and the maid literally ran to the parking lot to give it to us before we left. The icing on the cake was the very noticeably lower price than similar accomodations in the area.

The room was comfortable and was close to the conference I was attending. Breakfast was included. The bed was comfy.

The floors could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't a huge deal. I also wish the breakfast had warm options, but I was grateful to have a free breakfast each day either way. No major complaints.

The room we stayed in was wonderful. We loved how dog-friendly the staff were. The king room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned properly. Our dog kept finding pretzels on the floor, indicating it had not been swept. Our socks were filthy from walking in the room, so it had not been mopped either. There were sticky condensation rings on my nightstand so I guess that wasn’t wiped either. I loved the place but I would really like to see a cleaner room if we were to come back.

The room was clean, smelled great, the staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient to both lots of eating places & the interstate.

It was quite noisy early in the morning. I would maybe recommend trying not to stay on the side adjacent to the road if you need/wanted to sleep in or if you are a light sleeper.

Liked that the hotel is located walking distance from the Amtrak station. Reasonably priced. Lots of restaurants & convenient stores close by. Very dog-friendly with a large, clean, grassy area for dogs w/doggy bags. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean, quiet, well equiped & bed was very comfortable. Very pleased with my stay.

Everything. The staff are professional and welcoming. When I come to Gainesville, this is the only place I'll stay. They care about their guests like family. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's my home away from home. I always look forward to staying here.
