Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jasper

It's the nearest economy accommodation to the Piedmont Hospital where we needed to go due to an accident. Reception is 24 hours. The room rates include breakfast.

It's unfortunate that the carpeting is very worn and feels dirty to the touch, as the room was otherwise fine for one night.

Friendly check in, clean, rooms were fine, beds were good. We did not partake of the breakfast due to timing.

The elevator sounds like it might need a tune up. My only other (minor) complaint was addressed to my satisfaction by a phone call from the manager, so I won't belabor it here.

Breakfast was nothing special but liked that they offered breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The room was comfy, as was the bed, but the bathtub had a little mold around the tub.

The lady behind the desk was very kind as I was having an allergic reaction medical emergency and having to stop for the day. She was very nice and accommodating.

I was happy with everything. I have no complaints.

I liked the fact it was clean and comfortable bed. A little high priced but it was my first time to Jasper and it fit my needs.

Electrical outlets to far from the bedside table. It was hard to charge phone and leave by my bed. No microwave or mini fridge, which would have been nice. I feel it was a little overpriced.

Location was good. Breakfast wasn’t that great but adequate. Staff was excellent.

I want to begin with the staff was extremely accommodating….but the rooms need refrigerator & microwave…that’s just standard now. It would also be nice to have coffee available prior to breakfast availability.

Friendly desk clerk. Simple check in process. Hotel was quiet and clean . Room was clean and comfortable . Bed was very comfortable .

I didn't really like the price . I would have rather had a lower price for the room ...but I guess most of the hotels nationwide have increase their rates._

The atmosphere was great, and the staff was more than you could ask for, very nice

Needed a refrigerator and microwave, but everything still turned out very nice, we really enjoyed ourselves, we just needed to relax.

Traveled to Jasper for the marble festival with my friend and we had the best stay. Everything was clean. The room smelled amazing, we still can't figure out what the smell was but it was pleasant. We will definitely stay again!

Staff was OUTSTANDING and the hotel was very clean

They only had 2 luggage trolleys and they both were old w flat tires. Very difficult to use because you could not turn them. Other than that, awesome experience w good people.
