The workers were SO friendly and accommodating! Also, it was a great location for access to restaurants, shopping, and AMC movies.

The TV offerings were abysmal! We had only HBO with no option to purchase movies to watch. Compared to the Hampton in Cleveland, TN, that was certainly lacking! Also, we were there 5 nights, 4 days, but we did not have trash taken out every day; we had so much trash that I had to resort to getting a trash bag that I’d brought! I personally think a room should be checked everyday for that since the trash cans are small and the amount of trash is impacted by eating in your room and/or shopping.

Room was very nice & clean, bed was very comfortable, everyone (employees) were very friendly, would definitely stay there again. We left early in morning & got through Atlanta in 1/2 an hour instead of 2 hours stuck in traffic, we try to stay North of Atlanta at night to avoid heavy traffic during the day…

Everything was pretty good except my husband's oatmeal at breakfast was cold.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The front desk gentlemen was the best we’ve ever had. He made us warm cookies and didn’t forget about our Hilton reward… He was just absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about him. He made the stay over the top.

The bed could’ve been a little softer other than that I don’t have a single thing that I would change.

The hotel was welcoming from the moment we stepped into the lobby, The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and was very kind and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean. Our room and bathroom was very well clean and maintained. The breakfast in the morning was good and had lots of options which was great.

Not very clean. Night stand clock not working. All finishes showing wear and tear…furniture, bedding. Not the standard I expected from this chain of higher end hotel rooms.

The location is PERFECT when driving from south FL north and needing to stop for the night north of Atlanta. There are many restaurants, a Target, a Starbucks, lots of fast food choices, etc. within walking distance. We appreciated the easy access to the freeway and the area. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and we could have our dog. We would recommend!

Love the location, it is always clean, staff is super friendly, helpful, and the hotel is very quiet. The coffee station is great, we get up early and we can always count on a hot cup of coffee.

What did I like…….the staff. Nolan at the front desk was AWESOME and Edna at breakfast, she has got to be the sweetest lady in the world, I mean she made our family banana nut bread, who does that at a hotel? Edna is a god sent angle from heaven. The tiny cleaning girl on floor three, so sweet. Sorry I didn’t ask what her name was. A hotel is only as good as it’s staff. You have an amazing staff.

Excellent location, friendly and courteous staff, very clean and super comfortable. Really nice breakfast. Wish I was able to spend more time there. Highly recommended.

We enjoy staying at this hotel when we come to Atlanta! The area is great. Lots of shops! The hotel has free coffee all day and gave us free snacks!

My only complaint was the pillows.
