The staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk with braids was so personable and helpful. The lady who helped at breakfast was amazing as well. Each employee greeted us, whether in elevator or hall. This is the first time, the hotel manager greeted us personally at any hotel we have stayed. We were having breakfast and she told us good morning and asked if everything was good. :)

There is no lock to keep the public out of the pool. When we were swimming Saturday night, two cars of locals parked and went swimming. In addition, the door to the hallway from outside was broken and kept open. Anyone could have entered the hotel from the parking lot. We were concerned about our safety and kept our door blocked during the night.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient receptionist and accommodating manager. When I asked the morning receptionist the location of the ice machine, seeing my advanced age, she volunteered to get it for me. I didn't take her up on it but what a lovely, considerate gesture on her part.

Our TV didn't work. The manager came to the room to try to troubleshoot the problem and then went to consult hotel maintenance by phone since it was after hours. She returned to the room to apologize for the situation and explained that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms and nothing could be done about the TV. Luckily, my wife and I are both readers and had brought our latest books with us. (No adjustment to the bill was made.)

Breakfast was okay. The location was somewhat confusing.

Breakfast was very fresh and there were a number of options, best of all the hotel was sensitive to guest who are watching their weight and health. Turkey Sausage, egg white omelets.

I sent a message that I would be arriving early but was not able to check in until 3:00pm or very close to it. I booked my stay in advanced so that if I arrived early with notification that I would be able to freshen up upon my arrival.

The breakfast was good and hot. The dining area was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The service on the TV stations could have been better. Some of the Channels did not show up. A lot of the channels were missing. Could you explain why some of the channels were not playing TV shows?

The breakfast that was served, was decent.

Our room number was 125, which was right next to the laundry room, and that was the problem! We were awoken early each morning from the noise coming from the employees that were in the laundry room.

It was very clean and peaceful.

They are going through some type of remodel. They had the entrance closed when we arrived, with no signage of what to do. No other doors were open. But they completed the work that day and it was fine after that.

The room was clean and comfortable The personal was very nice and kind Even though the breakfast area was in remodeling they had everything clean and they made everything easy for the guests to have their breakfast.

I can’t tell there was something I didn’t like Since our arrival everything was very organized and all the staff was wonderful.

I did not have breakfast because I was late to my training. I can't give a review on breakfast. I will be sure to try it on my next visit.

Everything was great! It was clean and the front desk staff was extremely nice. It will definitely be my new place to stay when visiting Savannah.
