Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Midtown, GA

I loved the room the most cause we had a living room and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable we booked a king room. The hotel and room smell were good.

I didn’t like the the trash cans were very small so I had to make my own trash cans. I didn’t like being told that on the 3 day we would get room attempted too and when we returned nothing was done. Thankfully I am OCD and so my own cleaning so o emptied the trash every day and did our bed, but the day we were supposed to be serviced I didn’t do the bed and I also put the dirty towels together for the maid. upon return as I said no service was given so I went to the linen area and grabbed toilet paper and fresh sheets and towels. We also saw that shower could be cleaner and the fridge didn’t work well it kept our stuff room temperature. Thankfully the ice machine was convenient.

Staff were excellent, Lauren at reception was cheerful and helpful, our room was missing a minor item which she replaced immediately. Variety of breakfast items, Toni was lovely, among other things she showed me how to use the waffle maker Lots of interesting places to visit Enjoyed the 3 Telfair museums especially the Owens-Thomas house & space quarters. Museum entrance allows you to visit all 3 value 3-4 days Hoo on Off suggest you ride in morning, the whole route first as it gets really busy in the afternoon and you can be kept waiting (Ignore 1st 3 photos added in error and can’t figure out how to remove!)

I didn’t realise how far out of town, I misread the map. Was 15-20 mins to down town Savannah was Hot and humid - no surprise for locals

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location. All staff greeted us or returned greetings, which was so nice. The room was pretty with no signs of wear. Parking was right by the door, which we really appreciated, especially at night. Good cookies, too! We ran into the manager or owner, not sure but she was friendly and funny.

Mattresses were lumpy and hard. I slept in a chair most nights. I do have to say my friend slept well in hers, so this might have been a personal preference to be fair. The elevator got stuck one night and a man was inside for 10 minutes before it started back up. Then the lights were out on the stairs so we chanced the elevator and thankfully didn't get stuck.

We were on our annual "Mom Trip," and this hotel was a big reason that it was amazing! Isaiah at the front was AWESOME. (We checked in around 9:30 PM). Room was very clean and looked nice, the bathroom was spacious, shower was great too! The pool was rather cold for it to be indoor, but it was overall good! Hot tub was not too hot-- it was like bath water-- and we couldn't figure out how to turn the jets on, but again, it was still enjoyable! We loved the later check out time (12PM) and the ease of checking out too! Oh and don't worry, your GPS may direct you into a Rooms To Go parking lot, that is correct (lol), keep driving!!! 😅

Literally, this was just a really enjoyable time. Nothing bad to say!

The breakfast was very good and the person that prepared the meals each morning was helpful and friendly. The entire staff at the Radisson were friendly, polite and did not have a problem assisting the customers wherever and whenever there was a need and they did it with a smile.The front desk and housekeeping personnel would greet me with a smile.The House keeping personnel would always ask if there was anything that we needed.My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.The mall and a variety of restaurants are located near the motel that made it convenient for us. I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson and I look forward to staying there again.

The staff were very nice. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Room service was awesome. Breakfast was great. The lady that runs the breakfast was so nice and helpful. I wish every hotel had someone as awesome as she is!

The elevator was down a few times. We couldn't use the pool for a while due to them putting chemicals in. It's understandable but should have been done when the pool was closed. I also wish it was closer to downtown savannah and the riverwalk.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. I had a couple of minor issues that I brought up to the front desk and they were addressed very quickly. Breakfast was great. Located directly next door to Enterprise car rental which worked well for my needs. Located within 2-10 minutes of every store I needed to go to. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Savannah.

The phone in the room did not work. The washing machine used very little to no water. The shower curtain was too short for the wheel chair accessible tub. I brought these issues up to the front desk and they addressed them to my satisfaction.

The breakfast was fabulous. Had a little something different everyday. Ruby was our breakfast gal and she was great, if something was out she was right on her toes and filling it up. The assistants of the gals behind the desk were very pleasant and helpful.

Was disappointed when we went to use the hot tub and the jets weren’t working. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it didn’t happen. The bathroom door was pretty rusty. And the ventilation was not that great, hence why I’m sure the door was so rusty.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, and in good condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, efficient check-in. Building has an elevator and indoor pool. Excellent fast internet connection. Everything in the room worked. Good breakfast, good coffee. All in all, I'd stay there again.

There was an air handler in the room that could not be shut off, even though the weather did not require either heating or cooling. You heard it running constantly. Minor inconvenience.

Loved the location, every staff member we came in contact with was extremely nice & helpful

Our room didn’t get cleaned at all when we were there. The same thing happened back in may when we stayed there. We had to ask for towels everyday, & we finally gathered the trash up & left it outside the door. We didn’t get to upset about it, because we know they were short staffed. At least that’s what the manager told my husband. The only other thing that bothered me, was that I had to crawl into bed ever night, because there was practically no space between the bed & the wall & when I did try to walk through it, the curtains were tripping me up. ( oh, & the salamanders weren’t fun in the room 🤭😣)
