Hilton Garden Inn Tifton

The hotel was extremely clean and I had no issues with my room!

The indoor pool was extremely small therefore I was unable to relax and enjoy a swim before bed. It was full of children screaming and splashing, which would not have been an issue had it not been so tiny! Maybe a hot tub would have been an alternative solution to the problem, however they did not have one. There was No complimentary breakfast included. For the price of the hotel compared to the many others at the same exit, I was very disappointed that I was expected to pay extra!

All staff were pleasant, friendly, and clearly customer-oriented. Breakfast was good, rooms were very clean, and the property was very nice. Jospeh was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Very expensive for a 6-hour stay! Also, had it not been for Joseph going out of his way to help with my room, this would be a scathing review! My initial room (332) was FREEZING!!! It was set at 65 and blowing on high. I tried to get the heat on (even set it to 90), but it never worked. I turned the system off completely and it still kept blowing cold air! Joseph attempted to adjust it on his end as well, but that didn't work either. The room across the hall was available, so he moved me to that one and reduced my rate a bit. I was only there for 6 hours and spent a good hour+ dealing with the issue.

Location. Walking distance to popular restaurants. The Hilton bar was nice and served up some yummy drinks.

The “made to order” breakfast. Clearly the breakfast was already cooked and was waiting to be served up. Waffle House is made to order!! Comes to the table hot off the grill what we got was slightly warm plate with ingredients pushed together to look like a “made to order omelet”. Not good

I went out the back door of the building to gain easier access to a restaurant. Because I use an electric wheelchair to be mobile, there was no handicap access to get down off the ledge. so I went back into the building and had to go all the way around to access the restaurant that I wanted to eat at. Something should be done to accommodate handicapped individuals.

Everything was great,starting with the front desk,she was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good and the waitress and waiter was very fast. This has been a great experience with no [problems at all. Outside was very pleasing,just to be able to sit and talk was wonderful.

The cleanliness of the facility and parking was well lighted up. The check in counter person was very friendly and helpful when question asked. I loved every ice machine is on the same floors. Booking online was very easy and convenient.

I didn't see anything that needed to be changed while staying there those 2 nights.

The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant and bar had wonderful and delicious selections. The grounds were well kept. And the room was just out of this world, comfortable and had everything I could need.

Could only stay 3 days

The hotel and our room were clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our meals and the Keurig coffee machine in our room was a nice touch.

Only minor complaint was that the dining room was understaffed.

There is nothing complimentary or on the house so to speak. I was given a thirty dollar charge only to find out it was not complimentary it charged my card.after the stay.

Very nice lobby, bar, front desk and market area.

Hard mattress with scratchy comforter. Our room was right next to the elevator and it was a bit noisy.
