La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tifton

The breakfast is very good. Lots of options and very clean in the food area and in the area where the guests eat. The staff stayed busy replenishing all the food and drinks and keeping everything wiped down and offering assistance. Really the best staff any any laquinta by far!

This was a major deal... the bathroom in our room and the room was spotless, however as soon as we opened our door I immediately smelled an awful odor. It was coming from the bathroom. It smelled like it had been cleaned either with a dirty rag, one that sits to long or that maybe a chemical that was used caused the odor. My husband called the front desk and they immediately sent 2 house keepers up to help. They did something with the drains. I think they poured something down them, not sure, but it did nothing. We sprayed my perfume and it still didn't help. We bought some lysol type bathroom spray and sprayed alot of it. So much that it was choking me, before we went out for the evening and that took care of the problem. When we got back from our night out the bad smell was gone.

Friendly staff excellent location and a good breakfast the beds were comfortable as well as the room had plenty of space. If i come back i want to stay in this hotel. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked clean.

Didn't have bacon on the breakfast bar. The room smelled off when i first walked in to the room. I think it may have been the elevators next door. Above the shower was a patch of drywall mud unfinished like someone just patched that spot and forgot about it. It's a new hotel though very clean.

The room was very nice. And right off the interstate which was great. But there was no bath tub which is a downfall.

Asked for ground floor got second floor and when we left the next day the elevator did not work had to walk down 2 flights of stairs. I have had both hips replaced and need 2 knees replaced that was the worst thing of the stay

Under arrival portico, a person was sitting on the curb just hanging out so that the passenger side door would bump into him sitting there. It was dark and in an area close by where homeless men were who were loudly talking/singing. I felt I could not get out of the passenger door and get my suitcase out of the trunk. I reported this to check in person. She said she could not tell the person to not hang out there since it turned out he was a smoking guest. I totally disagree. This is an unloading zone and should allow guests to unload safely especially in the dark. She brushed me off.

Breakfast was pretty much empty at 9am. Only white toast. No bagels,muffins or danishes. Eggs were in a lot of water. Ham was dry and tasteless two days in a row. No sausage or bacon either day. No boiled egg or peanut butter. Waffle was delicious. Floor around elevator first floor was sticky around 530. Still that way when we came back to the room around 9pm.

There is an old adage that states, “if you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas.” At this hotel, pets are allowed. So of course, EVERYONE has a dog. Many have very large/oversized dogs or multiple dogs. Lots of barking. I myself, am not keen on (and completely disgusted by) the idea of sleeping in a bed that a dog most likely has slept in at some point? How this is okay with people I will never understand? The hotel is great, …..if you do not mind lying down with dogs.

Perfect location of I-75. Lots of restaurants nearby; many within walking distance.

This seems to be a fairly new hotel, but the furniture in our room looked surprisingly worn. Also the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t stationary. Not sure how that happens, but you had to hold the faucet in order to turn the lever for hot/cold water.

Beds were comfortable, room was humongous and evening arrival employee at front desk was awesome.

Some things in the room were not working. Exhaust fan in bathroom and bathroom door doesn't lock. Hot breakfast was mediocre. Replenishment of items was not monitored. I had to ask at front desk for out items. Only provided 3 pillows per bed and not very supportive.

Overall great.Exceeded my expectations.I am a Platinum Elite members at Marriott and quite often stay in Hilton too. But this La Quinta Inn exceeded all my expectations. Especially the breakfast and the comfort of the bed. the location was great too

Breakfast was way better than the Marriotts . The bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well kept Also it was close to a gas station and Highway .

Surprisingly great. Clean, big room, decent breakfast, a minute from highway. Great part there is Chargepoint EV station, so I was able to charge my vehicle overnight to 100% and continue my trip right away. Awesome.

I wish breakfast would be little better. Please add bacon, jams. Otherwise, not much.
