Beautiful hotel, incredibly clean, water dispenser available on ground and 8th floors. Lovely clean bathroom with amazing toilet. Big spacious room, comfortable beds

Had to pay $75 for a cabana by the pool. Considering the price of the hotel and how amazing the ambience is…a little surprised it wasn’t complimentary.

This is my second time travelling to Honolulu with my toddler boy and Halepuna Waikiki has everything we need. Location is the best just a few steps behind Royal Hawaiian Centre which has a lot of food selections so whenever the toddler wants food it's just so convenient to grab and go or to dine in. Hotel staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to help in all ways. Hotel room is very quiet even with the city view. Room is clean, and the light fixtures are smartly designed so even the toddler is asleep at night the parents can have light on in the same room. We ask for a crib and it's already there in our room at check in. Plus late check out is available with a few options so we can rest up until leaving for our late night flight. We will definitely come back to stay next time.

Our room is not too spacious for a toddler to play in but it's good enough.

From the wine tasting to the complimentary coffee, juice, coffee cake or hula dancing/ lei making classes. Every thing was excellent!! Miles helped us on arrival with our luggage and the rest of the staff was just as courteous. Would definitely recommend this beautiful location.

I liked everything, there is nothing to complain about. The staff makes the hotel beautiful.

no bar or restaurant on site have to use parent hotel across street the Halekulani which nice though expensive for food

Convenient and quiet location. Close to the shops, main strip, beach and buses. The rooms were clean and well stocked with essentials. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

There was no bar area other than the pool. It would have been nice for guests to have somewhere to have a quiet drink before going back to their rooms.

Everything was good. The location, the ambience, the staff.

I stayed at deluxe ocean view with double beds. The room I was assigned was 2317, the top floor. It was good but as my room was at the end of the corridor. So when I was out at Lanai, there was lot of noise coming from the next building. I guess fan spinning or some kind of machine operating. So it was hard to hear the waves. And the noise was huge, to be honest. However, but this one noise thing, everything was good out of my total four visits to waikiki. I got help for check in from Noah. Thanks for ur hospitality.

The room and the bathroom was amazing. Hotel room is quiet and staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast at sister hotel Halekulani is amazing! Location is ok.

Hotel could be a bit more festive - lobby is quiet as there is no coffee shop/bakery or a place to get a refreshment or snack Would be nice if you provided chairs/surfboards/beach stuff for guests to borrow or rent Bakery was closed :( Pool area is small and tight! Not particularly family friendly as it’s hard to get benches together. Pool Staff is extremely helpful! Would be nice if access to Halekulani pool was granted - Halekulani pool area was often pretty empty!

room view was to die for of the mountains and city lights , room was excellent , clean and beds so comfy , bathroom gets a mention as toilet seat was heated and all electronic x location was just perfect for our visit so close to the beach but also close to main st Waikiki, so easy to go out at night for a stroll down Main Street to see the lights and street entertainment
