the resort fee is too much per day. especially if you only used the pool once. you need to update your information on what is included in the resort fee. also need to update the cost of breakfast. the continental breakfast is $39 and the full breakfast is $48

I would stay here again as our stay was comfortable and we loved our room and the view. Our initial contact with the reception desk upon check in was very helpful as our room we had arranged was not ready and they were quick to accommodate us with a change. As Marriott members we requested a late check out which seemed a problem for the staff member we were dealing with. I am so sorry I didnt get her name. She wanted us to vacate our room and move somewhere else which didnt fit in with our plans for our last day and she was quite rude. I left the desk and rang the desk from our room and spoke to another member of staff requesting our late check out and nothing was a problem for them at all. Should have rung the desk in the first place but thought it would be better to speak face to face. It was not

The pillows were terrible. This was my only problem. Wish we had been given a choice of firm or soft.

Room was large and clean. Ocean view from balcony/lanai was wonderful. Staff was very helpful when we got locked out of the room. The battery of our door's card reader died and they fixed it immediately for us. Location was also great as it's right across the street from the beach.

Pool is quite crowded most of the times. Elevators can also be slow during busy times. Not much privacy on the balcony/lanai and you can basically see everyone else's balcony.

Close to beach. Starbucks on site. ABC store had everything Daily activities. Kids learned to hula, made fresh leis. Entertainment was good.

Elevators were slow. Floor 20 felt like you were waiting too long. People sleeping on street outside. Was very sad.

Everything was awesome, beautiful and peaceful. Great place to unwind and refresh. Helen my housekeeper was amazing, very helpful and thoughtful all the time.

Wish the beach was wider. I wish there was more to that could be done to help the homeless and mentally ill that's there.

The location and facilities in the complex were excellent. The rooms were very clean and staff were great. loved the Luau and dinner there.

The actual rooms don’t have a kettle or milk to make a basic cup of tea used the coffee drip machine to make one cup at a time slowly, and the tea and sugar never was refilled, no shower cap either I had to always ask, these are are only basic things but for a hotel like the Marriott and the price we paid just expected a little more in the room. I have stayed at the Marriott hotel in Sydney before and it was better equipped. Our Room key didn’t work twice couldn’t get into room had to wait for someone to let me in, not too inconvenienced and was offered a free breakfast but we were checking out at 7am the next day and couldn’t use it. i still recommend staying there but I was asked what I personally didn’t like.

We had the breakfast a number of times in the Kuhio Grill. The fruit bowl was awesome! Lots of variety and very fresh. Also, the waitresses Madonna and Janet were superb. Those ladies worked so hard to make sure you were a satisfied customer! They were professional, pleasant, and seasoned workers who didn't miss a beat for the customer. We loved seeing them!! A big thank you to such lovely ladies. Also, we want to commend the hard work of Rainbow. Another top rate worker who readily made the stay enjoyable. Rainbow worked by the pool and would quickly provide towels or give us information about the hotel or restaurants within the premises. Rainbow is a hard worker who has a genuine love of people.

Everything about the hotel was great. It was located in the heart of Waikiki. Beach, shopping, and dining were all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room had 2 balconies, one overlooked the beach and city, and the other was a city view. I originally booked the ocean / diamond head view, and I was told by staff that regardless of what you book, you get what they give you. That was disappointing, and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Clean hotel, cleaner was great daily. Two pools were great, great restaurants in hotel. Good facilities, good location, friendly staff. Excellent service all round.
