The location!!! Wow! You are a block from Waikiki beach and a walk away from Kalakaua for shopping with great eats nearby!! There are also good DVD rental choices free with the room. Housekeeping is super nice!

We upgraded twice to get a room with a partial ocean view. I don't know why I needed to make the first upgrade upon booking and the second upgrade upon checking in only to get the room we received. I feel like only one upgrade is needed. There are also additional fees upon checking in such as paying for a nightly parking.

We had a partial ocean room and the view was great to the ocean. The location of the resort was great as it was central to everything including the beach, public transport, restaurants/shops/cafes and some shopping. Would recommend this place. One night there were fireworks over the beach and we had a perfect view of them from our room.

A couple more gluten free options for breakfast in the morning. The best thing for GF was they had boiled eggs everyday and fresh fruit. Maybe a bit of yogurt or GF bread on request for people with dietary needs. Two in my family are Celiac, so gluten free is not an option it is a necessity.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and very accommodating. The wifi in the room was a bit weird - no password required, and was a bit spotty at times. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and close to everything on the main street.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. On our first morning, there was a buffet style breakfast with lots of options - eggs, pastries, toast, lots of fruit. The rest of our time there, it was a prepared box of one egg, a fruit, yogurt and a muffin or a donut. The breakfast was the only unfortunate thing about our stay.

Almost all aspects were excellent (while it was not over the top it has no setbacks.)...........even the 1 block walk to the beach is a very short block..... all the hotels walk across the street to Waikiki beach. The deck was incredible for a glass of wine each nite. The continental breakfast was perfect....tiles for the beach as many as needed daily GREAT I could go on and on but we would return here again and again

While I thought it was a bit expensive it was probably a bargain with all the amenities provided. parking was provided for a charge but so convenient it was also probably worth it since we came and went with much ease. Public parking garages were $5/day cheaper BUT why walk 3 blocks each time you use the car. Waikiki has alot of homeless people But they seem harmless and trying to get by....I felt sad for them!!!

The room was comfortable and clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was only a couple of hundred metres to the beach and right in the centre of Waikiki. Also close enough to walk to diamond head crater and explore.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the espresso machine in the room that could not make espressos..... But I'm very fussy with coffee. Also not a fan of the shower over the bath tub.

It was a great location, just a block from Waikiki beach. We walked around and it was very easy to get to the hotel.

Breakfast. The reservation states that includes breakfast, per my previous trips to Hawaii this is a must. It is Hawaii so breakfast can be expensive. Anyways, the breakfast given it wasn't even continental. It was a box with a donut, a banana and either coffee or juice. If you wanted a hot breakfast, then you had to pay extra. So it was a bad way to make you pay more.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. When we arrived we were asked if we’d like to upgrade to a partial ocean view for a fraction of the usual cost. We did and the partial view was amazing!!! We couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was. The hotel wasn’t brand new but still looked good. If we missed the cleaners because we were late leaving the hotel, they would always come back later to clean which I’ve never had at any hotel. Bathroom was nice, toiletries provided were nice as well. The bed was comfortable. A big chest of drawers for clothes plus a good amount of hanging space. The location is great and is one street back from the Main Street. It can be noisy with sirens and people but that’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. We were really happy with our stay!

The pool area could have had a bit more atmosphere. Just the pool and a few sun beds plus a couple of table and umbrellas. It was functional but could have looked a bit nicer.

Upgraded my from to top floor beach view which was amazing. Very comfortable room with amenities. Great location to beach.

Restaurants not great, breakfast was berry bad but free.
