I appreciated the location - an alternative to Waikiki. It took some getting used to the fact that it wasn't oceanfront or oceanview* - but it turned out to be a blessing. The view I had from Diamond Head to Central Oahu ( East view)- pretty much the Koolau Mountain range (if I got that correct) it brought a smile EVERY morning! Honolulu City lights was very much something to gaze at as well - must remember to pack binoculars. A roof top deck to view stars would've an added treat. *My last stay was at the Kalia Suites/Hilton HawaiianVillage.

well really there wasn't anything that I didn't like besides the obvious($$$) - coming from out of State I don't qualify for military or Kamaina rates. Bathroom fans could have a bit more power in them.

The staff was very friendly , there was a snafu with my credit card and the hotel could have easily cancelled my reservation , Intrad reached out to me via email and kept my room reserved until the day I checked in and took the new card They went above and beyond

I didn't like that there were no ATMS at the hotel , however that seems to be a theme in Oahu in general

The staff is amazing and so friendly. The reception desk is centrally located, so you walk by their desk every time you enter or leave. The staff is never too busy to answer questions or help with your needs. We were upgraded to an amazing room because the baseball team needed the double beds. So we got a huge king sweet. We had a comfortable room and it was so clean. The location is great. We were always going against traffic when we traveled and I love being in the middle of a mall. Lots of shopping closely.

There is a bar next door to the hotel and they played music loudly until midnight. We were on that end of the hotel on the 3rd floor and right beside the bar, so it was loud. People were out in the parking lot talking and laughing til late too. It was Friday night, so to be expected.

The location is great, near shopping center and Food Land right across the street. Breakfast omelets were good.

The scramble egg breakfast was trash, why so much water in the the scramble? Could use more efficient washer and dryers, and a air freshener in the laundry room would be appreciated, smells bad in there.

We loved this hotel in Kapolei in the middle of the mall and shopping area. Our first experience was with a friendly and helpful staff. They explained everything and accommodated our needs perfectly. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a tub! Always a favorite for me. Housekeeping came every 2 days and had extra towels in our room. My husband loved the waffle breakfast every morning and I loved the coffee/tea station ready 24/7.

We loved our room, but I was surprised that there was no microwave. Also, it was a little pricey, but so were all the hotels in that area, so it was just hard to swallow. I am not used to paying over $300 a night.

The "Entire Staff" from checking in to housekeeping and breakfast monitor's where the Most Kind and Helpful people we have encountered... They went Above and Beyond to make our 10 day stay stress free. We can't Thank them enough for all they did.. Huge Aloha to your Staff!!

Never had any issues, wished we could have stayed longer...

Our check-in was great, room was clean and beautiful, bed was comfortable, location and parking were great. Pool was really nice but we didn't have a chance to go. The woman who checked us in, I think her name was Sharelle, she was wonderful and absolutely saved our honeymoon by getting us an amazing room when our airbnb fell through. She checked in on is every time we walked by to make sure we were doing ok. All the staff was very friendly.

The cost and convenience were definitely strong points. No resort or parking fees made it a good value. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. There were several restaurants at various price points nearby too.

The parking spaces were somewhat small and parking enforcement seemed lax.

My bed and room were comfortable.. quiet. I had a view of the center of the mall next door. Conveniently located is a grocery store within walking distance.

Dinning area gets crowded fast. Not enough seating... many took food to their rooms. Maybe get rid of the big hightop table in the middle of the room and replace with smaller tables.

Great hotel. Outstanding location. Located directly within a mall (but separate). EVERYTHING you need is right there from shopping to restaurants ... and if it isn't ... there is a Starbucks, Target, Walmart right down the road. A local told me it is a fairly new area. The hotel staff told me the property was around 5 years old. The staff is excellent. The housekeeping above every expectation imaginable. The check in staff to security staff was wonderful. Would hands down stay here again.

Not a thing went wrong or was out of place. Everything was just about perfect.
