the property is so clean. the breakfast is consistent & very tasty! the staff always says hello & brings things right up when asked. very helpful staff! onsite laundry was a saving Grace for the trip. the swimming pool is beautiful & very close to a starbucks. it is very smart that they allow food trucks to come every night. i dont think they offer dining services in the evening so this was a good way to have guest support local businesses & try different things all from the comfort of your own hotel! i think a lot more hotels should offer this.

they have a lot of activities & although it looks fun, it crowds up the hotel & it gets loud on the first floor. I would suggest to maybe reduce the amount of activities per week down to just one night instead of 3.

Room, kitchen, living room very neat and clean, ample plugs for our cellphones, IPAD, 2 CPAP Machines etc, Love the balcony!! TV needs Hallmark channels

No other selection but eggs and sausages. Would like to see omelet, bacon, spam, cinnamon rolls. Love the oatmeal and the nuts raisins and chocolate pieces. Coffee, tea and waffles very good . Need more waffle

Upon arriving we were welcomed and checked in by the most friendly young girl (I don’t remember her name) The room and hotel was clean, so many amenities such as; hula dancing, ukulele lessons, beach rentals, surf boards, paddle boards…..everything you need and then some!!! The pool was large and warm. Kids loved it!!! Pickle was great, location could not be better And we absolutely loved the art on the walls throughout the hotel. All in all it was fantastic and we will stay here again and again!!!

My kids loved the breakfast served lol they loved how big the room was even tho we had just one king bed and a pullout sofa bed still, we were all able to sleep comfortably (party of 6) …2 adults 2 kids n 2 toddlers …only complaint I got from them was how shallow the pool was but the best thing about it that still beat other hotels was the pool hours (opened later than most hotels) most kids get excited just to go to hotels and swim and be in ac with their families; well my kids do hehe…I loved how convenient everything around the hotel was, such as the gas station, Starbucks, 7-11 and Raising Canes (all of our kids favorites places ) we will definitely be back and look forward to staying there again, not to mention the friendly staff

There was nothing for me not to like but only my boys/nephews who are swimmers, the only thing that they didn’t like was how shallow the pool was, however the pool hours made up for it :)

I loved everything about it. From the staff to the facilities to the room. The first morning we went to grab breakfast the morning staff we so helpful and kind!!! The front desk attendants were also very welcoming and friendly! Security that would walk around would be able to direct me if I had question. The staff here make me feel like I’m royalty!!!

I didn’t like that I stayed so short I would have loved to stay longer but I must go back to reality and take the Cinderella slippers and spell off.

The cleanliness Our room was spotless, sheets were fresh smelling, crisp and clean. The location very nice! No crowds. Quiet.

Our tub clogged and backed up and toward the end on our last day, it didn't even drain. The shower curtain was not long enough and the water leaked out onto the floor creating puddles.

Very quite and central. Staff was very helpful. Breckfast was awesome.

2 charges were pending on my account and that made my checking account overdrawn. Was taking care of but my account was charge service fees. That was very upsetting. Hope that never happens again.

Breakfast makes starting the day easy and stress free.

No room cleaning. No replacement of used towels, Request replacements took too long.

Good and the eating area was large and pleasant. Also the outside area was very nice.

Clearer instructions regarding the SafeTravels paperwork required. Ink in the printer so one can print boarding passes. A more pleasant Aloha upon departing (clerk was not friendly nor did she seem to care if we had enjoyed our visit or not. Left a bad taste in my mouth.).
