Excellent customer service from staff, rooms were comfy and clean, quiet when we were there, even saw a few deer walking near our room window. Pool and spa were working and the entire place had a great atmosphere. The cookies in the evening were a great bonus. Breakfast in the morning was good if a little sparse (the staff explained the USFS folks staying cleaned them out a bit before we ever got up and got down there, so not their fault). They are absolutely pet friendly and there were quite a few people staying with pets when we were there. There is a good pet area to take your pups over to so they can do their business, which was kept clean and well maintained.

Beds were comfy, room was clean.

Breakfast was 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 8:30 and the potatoes and sausage were gone and no attendant in sight. I went to the front desk and rang the bell and two men came out. I asked for the food to be replenished and was told what they had left they were saving for the next day. He also said he was about out of toppings for the omelets but if we wanted just mushrooms and cheese he’d do one. He didn’t have anything ready to fix them in the breakfast room. We said not to bother. He walked in and took the pans out and then we never saw him again. 😏

Breakfast offerings were amazing. Room was very nice. Main bed was very comfortable...the pull out couch not so much, but that is kind of to be expected. Room included a small fridge and microwave. Liked that the shower/toilet room was separate from the vanity/sink. Pool/hot tub was open 24 hrs which made it possible to find a time to enjoy without a ton of children present. Staff were all very polite and cheerful. Very nice lobby with two separate areas...one with a fireplace and couches and the other a TV. A big bonus was the trailer parking area as we came to snowmobile in the area.

Would be nice if breakfast went until 10 am. Very expensive to stay here over a holiday weekend. Only other minor thing was there was a ton of hair stuck in the drain of the tub when we arrived and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work,

How clean it was and the breakfast. The cook was very nice and helpful.

House keeping didn't service my room and even after I asked someone for towels and just my trash emptied they said they would be there in a minute and still no service. My husband had to go to the front desk the next morning for towels.

The staff was great. There was a young gentleman who was cooking omelets for breakfast, he was funny, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable. The hotel was great. No issues at all!

they ran out of pool towels and after being told they were in the dryer my family and I swam for 2 hours and still no pool towels. we went up wet to our room.

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Location was nice for walking but too far from shopping and Payette Lake.

We chose your hotel for pool and hot tub. Very disappointing both had a bunch of debris in bottom and a nasty film covered the top of the water in the hot tub. Very dirty. Sauna did not work nor the fan in our room bathroom.

Everything very clean, staff was VERY pleasant , breakfast was more than expected- eggs your way was great

The comforter had dry blood on it we had to ask for a new one and it was obvious so they should have changed before we got there

Every member of the staff was kind and happy. The omelet station was a major bonus for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. 24 hour pool was awesome for kids
