Front desk clerk. Very nice young man. He deserves a big raise. I was here attending the U.S. National championship of model airplanes at the University & he found me the perfect location of a room.

Lindsey at check in is a gem. Truly a kind person and a wonderful asset to your establishment.
First room (maybe on the list to get updated) didn't have working air. Room was fine, just a bit dated. (Flooring, counter tops, etc) After moving kiddo into first apartment in the heat, air was a must. Quick call to front desk, and Lindsey was more than helpful and moved me to a new (more updated) room. Second room had updated counter top, and flooring.

The staff was really accommodating and extremely kind people. Appreciated how warm the rooms were too, in addition to great location.
Sometimes I’d have to take off the toilet lid and tinker with the inside to get it flush properly, but it was as easy fix!

Carissa was a pleasure to deal with. As this location just had an ownership change and the supply chain challenges that still exist due to COVID, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay great!
Hoping the supply of new linens etc. improves as this is needed in a big way! Larger towels for Adults and thicker bed coverlets. Thank you.
