the front did look a bit worn out - and is too bad for the hotel as the inside was SO nice. Also the website price was wrong - it was higher than the call in rack price which is also too bad for this property.
Honestly the check in staff was very nice, give her a raise. The night staff -!omg stood outside my window with friends talking and laughing SO loud. I know, it was a Saturday night and I didn’t want to be a crabby old lady, but a 3 am I finally asked them to shut it down as I had to be up in three hours! The desk clerk apologizes and they moved or left or whatever. Not trying to get anyone fired here but…

It was pretty good. I was disappointed because I'm a bagel person & the 1st morning there were only 2 blueberry bagels, which I like plain & no bagels the 2 other mornings.
The beds at 1st seemed comfy but after sleeping in them we had to make a trip to Walmart to get Advil Back & muscle pain. Also there was only 1 desk chair in the room to sit on, which killed our thighs when we sat in it.

The first room wasn’t that great. We had some issues, however the staff was amazing and made things right. they moved us to another room that was in way better shape. It appears they have updates going on in the rooms, but they want to make sure the guests are comfortable and the room is satisfactory.

We wanted to eat supper, they were having a festival downtown but we found a little cafe. Super people
You could see light thru the outside door, meaning critters could come in. Fortunately we didn't see any. The staff was super.

My duaghter really enjoys staying with her dad at this location on their weekends. The staff is always kind && friendly. Rooms are always perfect! My family always enjoy the stay here!
