the lady that checked us in was super friendly and even gave us a room upgrade through their rewards program. room was clean

the lady working the breakfast area kept messing with the waffle maker while people were making waffles. even with the person making the waffle standing right next to the waffle maker she kept touching it. she kept messing with it with ungloved hands because she “couldn’t stand the beeping”. given that she was also cleaning and touching other things ungloved we avoided the waffle maker.

The hotel was easy to get to. They had a great breakfast, the pool was nice. The staff was great!!! The desk person at night was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The house cleaning staff was great. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working when we were leaving. The housekeeping staff helped us carry our luggage down- above and beyond and expectations!!! Thank you for putting the guest first!

The only thing would be the exercise room was not 24/7- but that is a minor inconvenience.

Staff was awesome. It was a neat and clean area and our room was wonderful.

I did not like the fact that once my credit card was used it showed a second night cost but when I called the site I was told it was a room deposit. I am still watching it to make sure I truly wasn't charged a second night because on my account it is showing a debit, not a credit. Other than this, it was a good place to stay.

Knowing that owners are redoing hotel and trying to make customers happy. The indoor pool definitely need attention ,same with outdoor pool. A representative from Radisson said that they were overlooking everything the owner were doing with the property upgrades and there has been great improvements since buying the property.

The staff was wonderful! There was only one gentleman who was rather rude when we tried to check in 20 min early and told us to come back in 45 minutes. Another staff member checked us in within 10 minutes of this interchange and all others were kind and welcoming. The room had plenty of space, was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the A/C was fabulous, considering we were in 100+ degree heat at softball games every day....

The beds are VERY hard for my taste. Neither the constant fan of the A/C or my white noise I listen to every night could drown out the constant highway traffic noise that came through the window. The combination of those two things did not result in much sleep either night. I know all prices are high right now, but the comfort and sleep quality were NOT worth the price paid. However, the cleanliness and other amenities somewhat evened things out compared to other hotels nearby, which were well out of our budget.

The size of our room, the breakfast was good and the hotel was conveniently located.

We had to go to the front desk and request towels, coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc. There was supposed to be maid service but we never got it. We put the signs out for service but were told the staff doesn't speak English and can't read the signs - really !!

The hotel was very clean with good size rooms!!! The staff was very friendly and pleasant!!! Appreciated there was breakfast every morning with many options available to choose from! Once in our rooms we didn't hear any noise outside our room which is always a plus!

The pool was closed most of our stay and was only open one day but the water was to cold due to someone turning the heater down way to low. No room keys because the hotel had a system crash so the front desk had to let you into your room everytime. My husband said the bed was to stiff but i found the beds very comfortable.

location and kindness of staff. due to another property’s incompetence we were left struggling to find a last minute hotel at nearly midnight, our booking.com reservation never popped into their computer. the attendant was so kind and understanding and gave us the price given in my booking.com confirmation email.

the doors in the bathroom. it’s a very small bathroom and the door catches when it’s not even all the way opened. very little room to move and get ready.

A full breakfast with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles and milk gravy was available, and was very good. The room was clean, appeared to have been freshly painted and updated, and the bathroom was brightly lit. The staff was very friendly.

The location was a little noisy, and we could hear other patrons walking in the rooms above us.

Just wish an ice machine and vending was on our floor. Just wish there was bacon for breakfast 😂 There is nothing else I didn't like.
