great staff, food was amazing, room was very clean and neat when we checked in.
Our floor and room smelt like marajuana the Thurs-Sat days we were there. Talked to the staff about it and asked them to spray. Didn’t like being so close to the smell, especially with small children (we have a 8 month old and a 8 year old). Also could use more options for purchase in their little store. I recommend stocking up swim diapers for families to purchase for the pool.

The manager Nikki is great. When short staff she jumps right in as a team player. Also I don't remember her name working the front desk. But as soon as we saw each other she remembered me from the last time I stayed there. I gave her a t-shirt..I think the staff is great. This is my choice place when I come home. I currently live in Houston TX now

Didn't realize it wasn't continental breakfast. Breakfast staff handled breakfast payment differently both days.

Location was good. It was quiet. It was clean. The shower was large and the bed was comfortable.
The ironing board was broken and the coffee pot didn't work. The shower pan was pitted and wallpaper was peeling. It just needed a little bit of updating.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food was excellent. 2nd room was clean and modern.
1st room had an offensive odor. The staff gave us another room that was clean and fresh. Lighting was a little dim inspite of numerous lamps.

Everything else about here was exceptional. The best hotel stay we’ve had so far. We really enjoyed the workout room. Also, the pool experience wouldn’t keep us from coming again. Thanks for the great hospitality! You all do an amazing job!
The one small little issue was the pool area, it’s pretty small room for the pool. When multiple families are in there it made it difficult for our family to enjoy without feeling like it was just too much.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Rachel, it was wonderful. We had traveled from WA state and were a little underwhelmed by the customer service at the hotels we had been to up to that point. Rachel restored our faith in humanity. Kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. The woman the next morning were also terrific. A+
