They didn't clean as other hotels and didn't leave extra toilet paper when the roll was low. Saw some areas of the room that were dusty.

The beds were fairly comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. The rooms are very quiet and there were no disturbances. The staff was fairly helpful.
I did not particularly enjoy the minimal breakfast that was offered.

Location to work venue
My room heater did not work. It either ran constantly or blew cold air. Not what I needed in February in Illinois. I told the front desk about the situation and instead of fixing it or giving me a different room ( they were definitely not fully booked) I was given a small space heater. Is this what I paid for??? The bed was hard and uncomfortable so coupled with the space heater made for 3 miserable nights. The floor had several grease/ oil stains and the comforter had stains. They emptied my trash each day, but never replaced the solo coffee cup I was provided on the first night. Over all, my company will seek other options the next time we have to come to the area.
