Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Suite was wonderful, especially the whirlpool bathroom, which was huge. Very nice indeed.

The timer for the whirlpool bath was a slight inconvenience, which was located on the wall, next to the bathroom light switch. I believe the timer was to last 25 minutes, but the jets stopped much sooner, and one must get out of the tub and walk across the room to restart. Also, the jets are extremely loud, but I believe it's because of the size and acoustics of the room. Additionally, I believe the curtains could have been hung better to keep light from coming in - I had to use clamps to ensure overlap of curtains in the middle was closed while keeping the sides in a place to prevent light entering as well. The bedroom currents appeared to possibly be hung backwards - left side on right, and vice-versa.

The restaurant downstairs was absolutely amazing!  it was great that they gave a breakfast with the restaurant.  it was spacious and clean.  since we were visiting Oliver, the location was absolutely perfect. 

The hotel itself is a bit dated,  but it was totally acceptable. The elevator was a little sketchy though. 

I LOVED the staff, cleanliness, hot water, water pressure, location, free breakfast SHOUT OUT TO "LUIS"!!!!!!!, attached restaurant, did I mention the STAFF?? EVERYTHING!! THANK YOU!! Front desk, Servers in restaurant, ALL professional, kind, accommodating, even during a snow storm! I'm so happy I found this place as I work in the area and live in Chicago. It's been a life saver during challenging weather and an EARLY morning work schedule. I'm so appreciative. ☺️

If I had to pick something, which is REALLY being nitpicky! I would say, the coffee. But the free made-to-order breakfast, juice, muffins, etc.... outweighs mediocre coffee.

Staff, Attached Restaurant, Food, Drinks, Hospitality, Location, Hot water, Water pressure, Breakfast, ALWAYS FRIENDLY, professional, accommodating STAFF, Servers, chefs, cooks, and HOMEMADE food. BEST SERVERS in the entire BRADLEY area. HOPE, LOUIS, are the BEST!!! TIP THEM WELL!!! THEY DESERVE IT. Great music, food and drinks right there in your hotel!! EXTRA BONUS. ☺️

A better choice of coffee could be a simple fix The coffee pot in the room should be cleaned, and better coffee offered. I realize these requests seem petty, but $100/night is not an inexpensive room. Supplying quality coffee, is a very simple addition. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, but I believe we can all do better! Cleaning the rooms should be a priority. Every detail should be addressed. No excuses. I can say that your employees ARE AMAZING, and should be compensated for the service they offer RIGHT NOW!! It's because of them, I have returned! THANK you, and stay safe~ HOPE, Johanna (SP? Asked if they could have my room ready a couple hours early and they were able to accommodate. Room was clean, staff was friendly and the bar/restaurant was good. Price was fair. Would definitely stay again.

The price for the location and facilities was OK. There was some late night commotion outside in the hallway but nothing too crazy. The TV was something from the early 2000's with bad reception but other than that it was fine.

The breakfast was awesome! The receptionist greeted us well and made us feel welcome.

There seemed to be some construction projects going on, but they were incomplete. There was also a smell in the hallways (probably weed from a room) but also a musty smell.

The price was good for the property. It was clean and comfortable. That is the most important to me.

The room looked like it had structural issues. The ceiling looked like it needed repair. It is an older property and it showed.

We were there for a wedding. Its an older hotel but its clean..The staff was very friendly. Our room was very roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable just a little softer for my liking.. but comfortable. The party venue was very nice and the food was good. Overall good experience.

The pillows were small and not very comfortable and the water in the shower wasnt very hot and the water pressure wasn't very good..

The room was clean, well maintained and Quality/Comfort Inns have the best mattresses and pillows in the industry. Breakfast was perfect, the cook let me use real silverware to eat with, a first at a Quality inn and something they should consider for every guest!

A big sign at breakfast warning guests “no seconds”. Tacky and ridiculous when paying $100 plus a night.

The jacuzzi tub was fantastic - timer too short. Shower was awesome. Kitchenette was convenient and ample.

I enjoyed the upgrade to a suite. One light was out in the bedroom and the door btwn bedroom and spare room was glass...No Privacy at all. Timer on jacuzzi needs to be longer. Having to get out every 15 minutes isn't convenient. A pool would have been nice.
