Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago South Lansing, an IHG Hotel

Room and facilities were super clean. Pool was maintained well. Largest breakfast selection I've had at a hotel in awhile. Rooms were very spacious. Conveniently located near many stores and restaurant.

The only thing about the property that I could possibly say I didnt like was the parking lot. Pulling into the property made me slightly nervous but once settled those nerves were put at ease.

Now, I’ve stayed at this establishment on various occasions. They are a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels, but it all makes up for it because they have the whole package. I’d be shocked to hear if someone said they wouldn’t return because they are extremely accommodating and the upgraded rooms are perfect! I’m about to return and if they are sold out, I’m going to have to change dates. Lol! Needless to say, please keep it up.

Pool was great, staff was nice, rooms were very comfortable. Great stay

Only thing was we were there for a basketball tournament and they only had one washer and dryer lol. Sooo I had to wait, like, 30 whole minutes to use the machines. The only slight downside

The staff was absolutely fabulous. Our dates got changed for our event a week before it was to take place and even though I could not get ahold of anyone at booking.com to get things resolved, the general manager,Andy, promised we would figure it out and make it work. He graciously kept his word and worked with us to make sure we had a room for our correct dates. When we arrived the employee who checked us in was aware of our situation and took great care of us!

the breakfast there was no orange juice no cranberry juice nothing the staff mention that the shipment has not come in there should have been something for the guest other then just water

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. They are remodeling and I’m excited to stay in the new rooms whenever I return.

Close to a lot of restaurants seemed to be a good clean area

Everything was great but the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t give use clean was clothes or a floor mat

Everything the room clean. Staff nice and friendly. Even through renovation..

No house keeping to clean room. Have to sit trash out in hall. No vacuum room. Clean tub after use. So house keeping needs better services. Even with covid yall open

Location, the hotel sits behind a car lot & right across from an abandoned building & no balcony options.

I like the bathroom,I like the cleanliness.I like the size of the room

I did not like hearing the footsteps of people walking while I was sleeping. There needs to be thicker carpeting in the hallway.
