This property was great for my family. It’s in a great location just minutes from the highway and dining. There’s a park across the street where my son was able to play when we had free time.  The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were never crowded. The breakfast could’ve been better with a few more options but glad that it’s included.

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the property, just keep in mind that there is a deposit, which was not really noted in the booking information. Normally it’s in the breakdown of the total cost before confirming your reservation.

The cleaning staff were wonderful, thoroughly cleaned our room, and very accommodating. The hallways, dining area and room was very clean. Close proximity to eating/dining and everything we needed to get to.

The bed was uncomfortable and the coils could be felt throughgout the mattress. The hotel ran out of waffle batter and other food items over the weekend and it lasted up until we left on Monday.

the property was across the street from the hospital which was incredibly convenient for my situation. It was clean and comfortable.

The pool was under maintenance and that was not share in app or on the website. The advertised breakfast was very sparse and basic for the price you pay for the hotel. Besides the proximity to the hospital- there isn’t much that would bring me back to this hotel.

the property is close to a lot of stores, a hospital and the expressway. safe location with friendly people very quiet.convenient parking I felt safer knowing they have cameras as well. no bed bugs in the room I stayed in,I checked throughly.the hotel offers breakfast in the morning it was pretty good. the staff were very nice and professional,I would definitely stay at this location again.

my room carpet smelled like feet I feel the carpet needs to be cleaned. pillows too soft

The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and roomy. My wife and I came to town for a concert and had a wonderful night.

If there was anything not entirely perfect, I'd say the room was a little warm. The a/c was working just not quite enough in the afternoon. Otherwise, perfect.

I liked how the staff kept everything clean. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. And, everyone was friendly and willing to help if I needed anything!

I didn’t like the breakfast that they offered but it was included in the hotel stay so you can’t be too picky.

The room was great but the breakfast was a disappointment. I payed twice the amount for the same room as my last visit. I was hopeful breakfast would offer more than rubbery sausage and luke warm scrambled eggs. Although I could make waffles or have oatmeal. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Lower your room rates! $211 is too much for one night stay. I wanted to do 2 nights but on my limited income decided to stay only 1 night.

Breakfasts were good for being complimentary. Pool area was nice. Room was spacious enough to be comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Only 1 ice machine worked in entire facility. Large family with many young children were above us (very loud and up super late). Stairwells were not cleaned (food on them) during our 4 day stay.

Great location for surgery

Nothing it was great. My wife was able to get around easy. Most of the places we needed while I was there for surgery were located locally. Great hospitality.

Nice variety for a hot breakfast. Loved that. Wish you had a non dairy milk for my wife. Staff was excellent.

I wish you had real milk. Not skim milk. Real milk. No D, no 2%, no 1%. Something so easy to provide was not.
