Ramada by Wyndham Vandalia

We asked for a handicapped accessible room and it provided great grab bars, higher toilet, and extra room. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The ac was good and reasonably quiet. Awesome, comfy bed and pillows. Lots of TV stations. Housekeeping made up the bed and brought fresh towels for our second day.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived for check-in. We waited about 8 minutes for someone to come. There were 2 other people who came in after us and had to wait. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out. The carpet felt sticky when I walked on it with bare feet and my feet got sticky and soiled. The shower curtain was clean but had a little stain from past mildew down in one corner.

Breakfast was not great. However, the room and accomodations were perfect. Clean and comfortable. Our mail reason was comfort and cleanliness, which was perfect. Coffee and juice were good so we were satisfied. For the price it was an excellent place to stay!!!

Breakfast. Maybe some different fruit. Or yogurt? It was ok but not outstanding.

The One bed King size was good, the bed was comfortable. It was clean and friendly.

Our room was on the second floor and no elevator, so had to pull our bags up a small stairway. Next time I will ask for a handicap room, on ground level. Breakfast could have been better, they did have a sign saying because of covid limited breakfast.

Looks like the carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed they where papers on the side of the bed by the window on the floor .Curtains hooks where broken .Just a minor note.Otherwise good place to have a rest .

The room was clean and the mattresses and bedding were comfortable.

There was not much of a breakfast. In all fairness, it was advertised as being a "continental" one, but even this was fairly low quality "run of the mill."

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would say here again.

The breakfast needs improving. Side doors were unlocked all night. Need to improve with safety.

The breakfast was ok. Wanted a hot breakfast with eggs Etc. Drove an hour north. It was convenient to the highway.

Maybe it was the location of the room. A little noisy with highway noise and people outside our room smoking and conversing for over an hour. Plus the window seemed like it had a gap in it. Tried to close it tighter.

Everything!!! Took a lil longer to check in than normal but wasn't an inconvenience at all!!! I always have a wonderful time at this location!!!

I always enjoy my stay!!! There is nothing i don't like about this franchise!!!

Excellent for what it was! A comfortable place to spend the night whilst driving cross country. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No elevator. Had to carry suitcases to 2nd floor.

Comfy beds, staff friendly and sweet. Tammy was a total peach!

The door access on side of building was not vacuumed the entire four days I was there.
