Very close to the theme park. Lots of restaurants nearby

No microwave in our room. Didn’t know there was one by the ice machine.

The Navy graduation packet was extremely detailed and packed with useful information. The break down on the map instructions saved me a headache.

Very easy to get to from the Navy recruitment training command. Very convenient for Walmart across the street, familiar, fast food, restaurants like raising canes and Starbucks right next to the hotel. Buffalo wild wings across the street from Walmart. They are in the process of renovating the hotel, which is in great need. It is very clean, but very worn.

They are remodeling, but the property was very worn, the elevator smelled like P.. Hopefully, with the remodel they will put tile in the elevator. 

I love how supportive the staff members are of the Navy recruits and their families. One of the staff was very kind, encouraging, and respectful to my daughter after her PIR. This meant so much to us. This hotel is also near the base, so the location is perfect. The literature they gave me to understand the area (directions, list of restaurants, etc.) was quite valuable. Thank you!

property was clean, close to everything and the staff was helpful and professional!! My son and I loved the beautiful and clean pool and hot tub!!

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. They accommodated my request for adjoining rooms. Breakfast was ok, good for the price. Rooms nice. Really a GREAT value for the price.

The pool was VERY cold. Also, kids screaming in it. Not the hotel's fault but it would be great if they had an "adults only" time, for maybe the last hour from 10-11 p.m. I would stay again except for the pool.

the location is near the naval base where my son was graduating and I enjoyed the restaurant Anastasia nearby

I didn’t like the pillows and the fact that the toilet makes too much noise when you flush

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, accommodated a late check out which was very nice on a busy holiday weekend. Pool and lounge in and outdoors is very nice. Pool are had a little hot tub and my kids really enjoyed swimming!

The carpet and furniture were dated, the room costs way too much for what was included. The extra fee for breakfast was not a good value when the room was already nearly $200/night.

Very clean, staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and did supply extra blankets and an extra pillow. They supplied hair products and body wash that was very nice. Normally hotels have bad quality products. I was not able to experience breakfast but it was open and you were able to package up a container and bring it to your room. Parking was nice and the area was nice, everything you need is less than 5 minutes away. The balcony was nice and spacious and they provide chairs. They provide HBO and show time (i believe) for free. Also most hotels ice machines were down, theirs was running and was very close to my room which was nice and convenient. It was nice to see not many people around, with COVID I think they spread everyone out which is appreciated. You barely ran into anyone

No microwave was provided, I called at 9 am asked to be brought a microwave and they couldn't bring one till 3:00 in the afternoon which was crazy. When they brought the microwave the man insisted he had to plug it up himself so he barged into the room which I found crazy especially with COVID. The pool was not up and running and which was expected. I don't understand why they provide water bottles but it costs $5.... for the tv your able to use Netflix and Amazon prime but for those who don't have that they don't have many tv channels. The air condition/heat seemed to barely work. Only the fan option was working and you could hardly feel anything so we were getting hot then cold, cold then hot a lot and had to constantly get up to change the setting or open the sliding door.

clean and close to many restaurants and stores. staff was extremely helpful and kind. we were here for my sons navy boot camp graduation. the hotel had a shuttle to and from the base and it worked out perfectly
