The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. The food was real good, no complaints.

The spa tub didn’t work. I was hoping for it to help relax me. Not enough parking. A baseball team(s) were there and when I checked in, there was plenty of parking. When I returned after midnight, vehicles were parked along the hotel entrance and everywhere they shouldn’t have been. I had to park across the street at another hotel. I’m not going to complain too much because I still had my room, but if I wanted to park at another hotel, I’d have stayed at that hotel.

My daughter and I came in last minute under stressful circumstances and Freddy was so incredibly kind. She listened to our story and was very helpful suggesting a place to eat. She also gave us some supplies we needed (we came with nothing). She was really quite wonderful!

You could tell the hotel was older.... our bathroom door didn't shut completely and there were some large cracks on the wall. The first floor hall carpet could use a cleaning, it's a heavy traffic area, so it's understandable

Nice location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Loved that they always had fresh coffee in the lobby. Staff member Gus was an excellent help to us during our stay.

Nothing too bad. Seemed there was some wall tile renovation going on, on the second floor, but we didn’t hear any commotion. Breakfast was the basic egg/cereal/waffles. AC was a bit loud and windows open without a safety screen on them.

close to a lot of stores and restaurants.convenient to the highway. area to exercise the dog.

room was under par. took 3 minutes to run the water before it would get hot. counter in the bathroom was poorly repaired as it looked like it was broken in multiple pieces and in-experiencely put back together. very cheap bedsheets and the heater would not stay warm.

Everything!! I was skeptical about some previous reviews... I am sure glad we went with it. The front guy. Fao (sp?) Was exceptional he was so accommodating and helpful and still smiled even though he was in the process of juggling many duties and "hats" all at one time. He very well could've been a passive aggressive ahold, but chose not to be... hard to find these days ( even within my own behavior at times 😁). The rooms were the best and cleanest we had seen in AWHILE!!!. Guests were friendly. The place was perfect to stay the night in after a concert at Rouff.. perfect location.. great restaurant close.. It is now pinned as our #1 place for concerts there, and now everyone else we tell. Restored my faith. Not only in hotels, but surprisingly.. my faith in Best Western. We talked about checking them out for our future travel towns. Especially for the price. I've paid triple for a room or VRBO that wasn't half as clean, safe, pleasant.

The breakfast was ok. The coffee was very tasteless. Had to go out for some after we left. Good coffee is worth the price and it’s really not that much more!

Beds were very uncomfortable. Horrible hard mattress Need to paint the walls and replace floors that are stained. Showing it’s age Pool is too small for the size of the hotel. We were not even able to use it. Too crowded and not enough chairs.

Hotel was clean. Staff and manager very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and nice selection. Good value. Would recommend booking through hotel since better rates than online.
