I am not a rich person and was in town to watch my grandkids play in a baseball tournament in Indy. Due to it being "Father's Day weekend", the price was extremely high and way out of my budget. I went into debt on a credit card that I will be paying on for quite some time now because of the high rates for that particular weekend. I wouldn't take it back for the world because my grandsons will not be young for long. I only wish I didn't have to go into debt so much just because the weekend was an "event" weekend. That's what your staff told me.

I explained above. It would have been so much better for me if I could have paid regular rate.

We loved the indoor pool! The proximity of the gym to the indoor pool was very convenient. Definitely would recommend

We didn't like the sparse options for breakfast. For the price it was reasonable but the breakfast was lacking. Dry eggs and sausage with hard biscuits. The cereal was also stale and the self serve pancake area was messy when we went down. Still it was good value

we always stay at Holiday Inn’s because of price. property was well taken care of. rooms were spacious and clean.

eggs and sausage were too cold and kcup coffee maker in room did not work at all. hallway in front of elevators is waaaay too narrow for guest to exit and enter the elevators at the same time.

Staff was wonderful! The front desk and the cook were both phenomenal people! Breakfast was above and beyond and the cinnamon rolls were among the best I’ve ever had. Staff took an interest in making sure our visit went well.

There was a significant mistake made by staff; however, it was handled in a professional and reassuring manner with an apology. Staff owned up to it, apologized for it, and demonstrated concern. Thank you!

Breakfast was great. The man in charge was very attentive and kept everything available.

Elevator near our room was out of order. Because we stayed over Thanksgiving, there was no housekeeping so we obtained needed towels that were not in room to begin with from front desk. We do not like thick coverings on our bed, and much prefer old fashioned blankets over sheets with a decorative bedspread that can be folded away if that's what the decorator wants. The thick top covering on our bed smelled so we put it aside, adjusted the heat and slept under sheet alone.

I was in town for a conference at the Wellington conference center and this was close and cheaper than the hotel that was selected by the organization, even with the group discount.

The food was ok. And there needs to be more signage telling where the ice machines are.

The staff and the location were great. The beds were very comfortable.

The custodial personnel never picked up our garbage that we had to place outside our door due to them not coming in the rooms due to Covid. Signs were posted that you had to place your garbage and towels outside your room if you needed new towels. We did place our garbage outside our door but it was never picked up and there were towels out in the hallway outside other rims that were never picked up.

Breakfast was great.The person taking care of breakfast area was very efficient in keeping everything filled and clean.The room was centrally located the elevator was right around the corner and so was ice machine.

The chair in the room had stains on it and would have liked a compact fridge.But overall great value and friendly staff.

Location was good next to highway. The room we had was nothing fancy but met what we were looking for. The staff was also super friendly due to a travel change after our plans were interrupted by Covid.

No minifridge in room so we could not keep leftovers from the restaurant we ate dinner at. Shower was also different and not what where expecting. The space could have been utilized more.

Breakfast was excellent!

My card would not open the pool. Was given a new card to open the pool-still didn't work! I chose the location because it had a pool-dissapointed. Also no ice machines
