The pool was the perfect temperature and staff maded sure there were plenty of towels available. The layout of our roo was nice as we traveled with small children who were sleeping earlier than us so having beds closer to the windows was nice. The kitchen staff was so accommodating, part of had to leave at 6:15 am but breakfast isn't until 6:30, so I explained our situation and they were gracious enough to let us grab a plate to eat on the run...thank you Staff was very friendly and the morning staff even told my granddaughter good luck at her dance competition...very encouraging

Our heating until kept running-no biggie so we turned over to AC only to find out that the fan was very slow and only worked for a few minutes a cycle.

Large room with adjustable air condition WITH A CONSTANT FAN option. The extra noise really helps. Also love the free breakfast and extremely fast check-in.

The toilet handle stuck every time it was flushed. Also someone needs to come up with a new latching system on the room doors so they don’t slam and latch so loudly.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Tried to explain to me how the military books rooms. Question me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Been in over ten years and have been living out of a hotel for six months now. I have many soldiers right now staying in holiday inns for months now. She was extremely disrespectful and rude. I even questioned the person I was with to make sure I wasnt over reacting. I have never had someone talk to me the way she did at a hotel. I'm not one to even write something like this and blow it off. At this point I don't think I will ever stay at another holiday inn and would I will recommend it to the rest of the soldiers in the state. Thank you

We loved the hot tub and pool, the breakfast was amazing, location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub needed updated and the sound the hot tub made was so loud you couldn't hear each other talk, we had a big rust spot in our shower. You need lower chairs where the big tables are at breakfast, it would just make it easier.

It was a great stay, I loved the sheets and pillows. The breakfast was nice as well!

The pool appeared a lot larger online but it was small. The hot tub looked out dated. We still swam in it but when a lot of people get in the pool or hot tub it’s very crowded. Especially when people don’t follow the rules and decide to dive and jump in. Our young kids were getting ran into by a bunch of 12/13 year old boys.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My room was spacious and clean. There is really nothing to complain over.

There was nothing I didn't like except the weather was really cold. The hotel had no control over that LOL

Breakfast was delicious. Loved the cinnamon rolls and the omlets. ASHLEY AND TAYLOR was very kind and helpful. I had surgery at Lutheran. Always asked me if I was ok. And said hi to me

Had to go through all the tv channels. No TV list in room.

the pool and hot tub was very humid. because it was a smaller room for both the pool and hot tub, the pools temperature was warmer than expected.

Ashley, the front desk lady was awesome! She accommodated our requests and was very friendly.

Wish breakfast lasted longer. Would like to be able to sleep in on vacation and when we got there 30 mins to closing, we only were able to get scraps.

Nice hotel, it looked great, staff was very friendly! Last minute I needed to change to 2 queens from one king and they made it happen. Clean and modern.

We didn't have bath towels, kleenex box only had 2 kleenexs in it, toilet paper was very low with no additional rolls. Not a huge deal, but I had to go down to the desk to get these.
