The property is beautiful and very clean. The room was very cozy and the beds were comfortable.

One of the elevators was not functioning on one of the busiest weekends in Fort Wayne as it was the weekend of the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel for brunch and the food was ok but they needed more staff available, it took a very long time to get our meal. The location was unfortunate, trying to navigate downtown with road construction and then attempting to park close by was terrible, it makes you feel like you have to valet your vehicle.

I have stayed at the Bradley several times and it never disappoints. They have great staff who are super helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great rooftop bar/restaurant that is very popular. Additionally, they have bikes for guests to use to get around town. Super fun!

The only downside to the hotel is that they do not clean your room daily. I think this is a terrible policy since they still charge you the same amount for a night as if you were getting all the same services.

The Breakfast was very good and service was professional and courteous. Due to the change in arrival date there was a shift in our room arrangement, however the front desk personnel made every effort to make sure we were comfortable with the new room.

Parking was challenging from the perspective of a guest not familiar with the area. We appreciated being given several options and thankfully we had no issues.

Beautiful property, nicely decorated hotel rooms, and excellent customer service.

Room 226 was incredibly loud due to the flagpole right outside during the tornado warning. We had to change rooms at midnight and ended up in a room with a king bed which I had to share with my 18 year old son. I don't know if it would have been unbearably loud when there are no high winds, but it does seem to be an engineering defect which impacts the enjoyment of an otherwise beautiful room with two beds.

The Coffee Shop Coffee was on point. The service was fast and the flavor was good and the barista was super friendly.

The breakfast needs some work. The sausage was not a favorable taste. The over easy eggs was over cooked. Edible but cooked longer than they should have been. The yolk was not runny enough. The potatoes were also a touch over cooked. But in their defense, I am a old southern boy and I should have specified my request base on my breakfast Pallett.

The location was perfect. You can easily walk anywhere downtown from this location and the eateries and shops around it are delicious and cute.

There is A LOT of construction happening around the Bradley. It made it hard to navigate downtown when we did need to drive. Also, we stayed on a windy night. We could hear the plastic barrier from the construction site next door in our room. It scared us at first, but once we figured out what it was it was tolerable with the tv on.

Spacious halls and rooms. Nice bathroom. Clean.

The listing said private parking. That was only if you paid for valet parking. Because they would not park my car with a bicycle on the back, I parked myself using the only other option: a public parking garage more than a block away. No extras-before their coffee shop opened there was some free coffee available, but once it did you had to pay.

we loved our room, a suite. very clean and comfy. we absolutely loved the roof top pub. it was a warm afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful. food was good also. we felt safe with needing to use the key card to get in the elevator. all staff was great.

there was 2 things that I would have liked. the room didn’t have a microwave, and my husband really wanted to warm up his leftovers from dinner. not a deal breaker. the other was not having a coffee pot in our room, or access to coffee till 7 am. we are early risers so we missed our early ritual.

One super small thing ..We needed Tylenol or Asprin and a shower cap because we forgot to bring with us. Front desk didn't have anything nor anything to purchase. So we had to Uber Tylenol to the hotel since non available and no convenience store close by. Would have liked the bar to be open later so we could enjoy a night cap after dinner... These are no reason not to return. Had a great stay and hotel was lovely.... We'll be back.

Loved the smell,decor,cleanliness, hospitality,and so many places to walk to from hotel, but...........

the parking situation is horrible. We got a ticket in the first 3 hours of being there. We parked at 1:30, fed the meter for 2 hours, and 5 mins before it was expired, fed it again, and at 4:25 went to feed it again and we had a ticket because we hadn't moved because it's only 2 hour parking.
