Large spacious room ... surprised at how open and uncrowded it was while still having all the furnishings I would expect to find. Probably the biggest and least cramped hotel room of this type I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in many. Nice furnishing and decor. Bed was more firm than I prefer but still comfortable. I did not try the free breakfast due to covid concerns, but appreciate that it was offered. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room seemed very clean and well maintained. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Heating unit was difficult to control in order to keep room temperature comfortable. Sound proofing from neighboring rooms was also poor ... had loud guests and a loud tv in next room for part of stay ... surprised the noise carried that much. Water pressure in shower was not very good but it was plenty hot and controls were easy to figure out. These were all very minor issues ... it is nice hotel and I would stay here again.

The staff at the desk was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. The set up with the large table in the middle was great for us after a wedding, we set up snacks and gathered there to enjoy a few more moments together. I walked back to my room on the first floor and could not hear the noise from the group in the meeting area, which was good for all the other guests.

Our room keys kept failing, I was told it is due to our IPhones. I had to go the front desk at least two times to get new room key cards.

Everything! Amazing friendly staff , lobby and rooms beautifully well kept and the dinning are is above expection. They are kind to my family helpful and it's by far the best hotel in Elkhart county

The location was excellent and the size of the room was great.
The heating/cooling unit was inoperable. A small space heater was placed in our room. The problem is that there was no air circulation. After a while, the air became stale.
