I rented a room for myself and my granddaughter. I also rented a conference room for the whole day. When I arrived at 8:10 in the morning, my set-up for the day was in the wrong conference room. The staff on duty that morning (which was different from the staff who originally set-up the room), went to great lengths to have the set-up moved to the correct conference room. The bumble did cause me to be late with my pre-event preparedness, but the room was exceptional and my guests were comfortable and happy all day. Thank you. My granddaughter and I ate lunch and breakfast Sunday morning at the Resort. Fantastic !

The only thing I didn't like was that my set-up was in the wrong conference room when I arrived. But the mistake was taken care of.

Breakfast was good and centrally located. The Keurig coffee maker was good.

A microwave in the room would be helpful. Also, our location near the lobby was noisy due to a party that was pretty boisterous. In addition, we were in a room that connected to another and the people in the other room were very loud. Would have preferred a non-connecting room and a little further down the hall.

clean, cheery colors, decor, lighting; helpful, friendly staff; reasonably priced tasty dinners in restaurant. Enjoyed Saturday night live music in restaurant.

No regular replacement of coffee, Kleenex, TP or removal of trash (it seemed like I was expected to pick up these items & drop off my trash ☹️) (Items were delivered to my room upon request)

It's a beautiful hotel. Nice decor and atmosphere.

The pillows weren't very comfortable. Like most hotels, they have fluffy LOOKING pillows, but your head sinks right thru all that fluff. Breakfast wasn't very appealing. We ended up eating elsewhere all four days. Parking is a little far away... Especially when it's very cold. All of that green space could've been used for parking closer to the building.

The location was near our friend’s home on the lake. We enjoyed going back and forth. The accommodations are comfortable and pleasing.

We are seniors and parking and walking to the hotel-from the hotel parking lot-was dark and could have easily fallen. We used our cell phones as flashlights which wasn’t the best. We will plan to come again, perhaps an annual get-away.

The room was very clean and well put together. There was a note on the table stating if we were staying more than one night there would not be housekeeping each day due to COVID. Yet, when we asked about where to put our trash the lady showed up right away and took it. The next day we had fresh towels. It was much appreciated.

Our room only had wood blinds. The room was too light at night when trying to sleep. Not sure if all rooms are this way. We had a front-facing room but did not have any headlights bothering us, just the outside lights, moonlight and of course the sun before we were wanting to start our day.

private beach was great for 3.5 year old. Was able to pull boat up to pier, stop by room for supplies, and hop back onto the lake. Nice walk around the neighborhood and close to the Channel Marker

No sheer curtains for windows, only slatted blinds so there was no way to have the blinds open to let in light without everyone being able to look directly into your room, which is a concern on the 1st floor and while getting ready. Had to get dressed and such with the blinds closed everytime, which makes the room darker than necessary.

Location was beautiful. Food was excellent! Staff was beyond amazing!

The only complaint I had was that the room temperature was too warm for us. It’s unable to be adjusted. For the cost, we should be able to have our room at a temperature that works for us. We were literally sweating while trying to sleep. 😩

We travel 3-4 months a year, it seems like there is always one place that is above and beyond anything we expect. Oakridge Resort was our place this year. Wonderful staff, great room, beautiful grounds, nice atmosphere. Breakfast was not as good as some places but it was more than enough and the lady keeping breakfast bar was right on the ball. Loved this place enough that we have convinced grandson to use Oakridge Resort for his wedding. Looking forward to coming back.

Cannot think of a thing

The dinner menu was superb! We had brioche and tempura shrimp sushi. We also shared the shrimp linguini and a lemon berry cake. The coconut mojitos were also amazing. The continental breakfast was okay with fruit, cereal, some boiled eggs and refrigerated sandwiches. We went to our event across the hotel and there was some water on the floor due to the storm from the night before. Our event had lunch in the restaurant and once again it was delicious. The view and spaces to sit eat and relax made this work trip a small vacation.
