Very clean rooms, all of the staff were very friendly and professional. Exercise room was nice. This is very close to 465 and we couldn’t hear any traffic at all.

Front of the building needs remodeled, which they will be doing in the very near future. Hopefully after the remodel they will open the pool. The bathroom in the room is really small. Hard to close the bathroom door while in there because it was so small

Handicap accesible room was perfect in both regards to set-up and distance to our parking spot. Very close to check-in and breakfast but without extra traffic from other guests. Met our specific needs. King room with a couch was just right for a family of 3 with a teen.

Stay was during renovations that shut down pool, moved front desk and closed lobby. Meant a reduced breakfast. If we had not been occupied by activities outside the hotel this would have been a major drawback. For us was only a minimal impact.

The room was clean and large. Breakfast was very good and hot.

I didn’t like that I was charged more when I got there than when I booked the room.

My total on booking.com said $525, but when I checked in, they said they could not see the price for booking.com and charged me $570 plus a $40 incident fee. So my total was $610 instead of $525. I was not happy about the almost $100 increase in price.

Safe location, close to so much food and shopping. 2 malls within 10 minutes and plenty restaurants, bars, and places to hang out even with children. Room is very cozy, clean and has all you need. 2 beds and a L shaped couch. Great option for families or singles.

I would have liked utensils in the room, even plastic ware. Also microwave would have been nice on the room.

Better selection for breakfast need Turkey products.. one elevator wasn’t working touch time spent waiting on a elevator I was on the 6th floor you should inform guest of things of this nature at check in

I literally like everything. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The shower was my favorite thing about the roo.

I didn't like how there wasnt a microwave in the room and the breakfast could have been a lot better. The bagels were extremely hard and the selection could have been better.

Location is hidden. Maybe more signs to tell where the hotel is? Online is says the hotel is permanently closed when you google it. Also I thought the room was pricey for not having a pool.

The elevator was really noisy and old looking. I wish there was more than one waffle maker. There was a long wait.

Convenient location to interstate, restaurants and Mall.

Breakfast , well there none. They only served cereal, oatmeal, bagels, juice and coffee. I've here twice before for busines. Each time I return, something has changed for the worse. I will give it one more chance before I go to one of the other many hotels near by.
