Loved the location; very close to shops, fuel, restaurants, and freeways. Staff is nice. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Full sized kitchen sink, refrigerator, and microwave were a HUGE plus.

Wish they had some form of breakfast offered but the lack of it didn’t detract from our trip since we had the full size appliances available in our room. Only other thing to mention is that we had to take our towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones and also had to get trash bags and toilet paper from the front desk upon request due to no daily housekeeping. I think I saw bi weekly cleaning at the moment. We were there 9 nights and housekeeping never came to our room. Again, I didn’t mind this since it was only a mild inconvenience but I’m sure there are some people who could be upset by this.

Wonderful hotel, loved how there was a stovetop and full fridge so I could cook and store groceries easily. Overall cleanliness was good. And carts were provided for easy transportation of items.

Our floor had a funky smell, bad wasn't horrible, and didn't penatrate to our room. I wish they would provide some plates, silverware, or dish cleaning items, just for convenience; especially since there isn't any breakfast provided.

While in my room at night with hotel being right next to interstate I was never disturbed by the noise from interstate. And I also felt very safe being by myself while at the facility due to fact that facility 24 hr security was provided and nobody could gain access to the facilities rooms or amenities without passing through key card security doors. And the bed was absolutely perfect and comfortable.

I can't really give anything that I didn't like. Everything was absolutely wonderful and have no negatives to give on the facility.

the location. the property was really nice.

the pillows on the bed was small and very u comfortable. they only give you two flat pillows. someone has been staying in the room for awhile there was fingernail polish on the floor and the remote back was missing. other than that the room was nice and very affordable. I didn’t like once I arrived the front desk window was closed I had to dial 511 which no one answered and you couldn’t gain access to the building if you didn’t have a key card yet. I had to call the main number to get someone to come to the front desk and let me into the facilities.

The staff was very friendly. Kathy was wonderful. All in all it wasn't a bad place. But I do think the beds and pillows need to be replaced.

The pillows are flat, the beds weren't comfortable. And I saw hair on the floor in the bathroom next to the shower. I was also not happy about having a coffee pot in the room. The rooms need more towels. 2 big towels, 2 wash clothes weren't enough.

Plenty of parking, lots of good places within walking distance, facility was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

We checked in after hours so it was a bit of a hassle finding staff and getting into the room. But the staff member kindly got us situated as quick as he could.

It was close to the highway where I wanted to go. Great value in the area. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Pillows were very thin. Better than very large but they were lumpy and not supportive. I folded mine in 2 to get it to a height to hold my head in a comfortable position to sleep- very! Thin!

A portion of parking lot flooded pretty bad with a heavy rain. I thankfully parked during the rain so I knew where to park. I would have been furious to have 3/4 water covering my tires and bottom of the car!

newness of facility; simplicity of facility

I made three requests of the staff at the check-in desk while in residence. The staff didn’t replace a burned out light under the microwave; didn’t clean the bathtub drain to improve drainage; and didn’t clean the cover of the fan in the bathroom. There was no understanding on my part about when and how the room would be cleaned by staff. It was several days before I learned when cleaning would be accomplished. I didn’t know dogs were allowed on the floor where I stayed.

I like the suite with stove and microwave.

I did not like being by the electrical room and the alarm sounds all day and night. I also did not like not having ironing board, iron and coffee in the room
