The staff are great! Breakfast was above par and the sauna was great to have during the “bomb cyclone” winter storm. We used the ice machine, the washer and dryer, the hair dryer, the TV, the sauna, and everything worked as it was supposed to which is always nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Check-in was great. We even added a few days and they let us stay in the same room and made everything very easy for us. It was a great stay! I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Parking was easy and convenient to get to the rooms. Beds were very comfortable….we slept well. The Desk Staff was very helpful and delightful. They made our stay such a pleasant experience. Thank you!!

Although it wasn’t designated a handicapped room, with a few changes it could accommodate someone disabled such as myself. If there were a couple of grab bars placed correctly in and around the shower it would have been safer to use. The showers were clean, but I noticed when the walls were wet they were very slippery from previous cleanings and hazardous even for an able bodied person. Grab bars would assist everyone. Otherwise, very well done.

Breakfast was fantastic! A good variety of food and drinks. Staff was very friendly! Located very close to Clifty Falls State Park where we hiked and went swimming and had lunch at Clifty Inn.

It would have been nice to have a charger station inside the hotel room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size and the hotel was close to the Clifty Falls State Park and the town of Madison. Breakfast was adequate, with waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and more.

The area of the hotel wasn't nice. It was surrounded by big roads so there was nowhere to take a walk without driving to the State Park or to Madison, a 5-10 minute drive.

Not much around in terms of shopping this hotel kinda out of the way but convenient to the downtown traffic from Madison. not many complaints

The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff were great. Room was always clean. Loved the style of the bathroom, very open and stylish. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Liked that an outdoor patio area was getting picnic tables.

More comfortable seating in the room would have been nice. Can't always sit on the bed all of the time. Even though I spent a lot of time exploring the city of Madison there were still times that I found myself sitting in the room and after a while the chairs became uncomfortable.

The coffee was out of order bc the staff didn't know how to change the bags. We watched 2 of them attempt it and it was obvious they didn't know what they were doing so we asked for more instant coffee.

I liked the staff there, very friendly, breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean.

The pool was very small, no exercise room, you had to request housekeeping to clean your room, no benches out front for seating, vending machines needed seriously updated.

Convenient to our activities. Beds and showers were great. Connecting rooms were great.

One of the two rooms we had was heavily full of cigarette smoke smell. We needed the connecting rooms as we were caring for four kids. The staff did give us a can of air freshener to help mask the smell but it never really was gone. Two of our party are highly affected by smoke. That was the biggest problem we had with the one room. The price seemed high on the weekend nights. Another family member got a bed and breakfast downtown Madison on Sunday and Monday with a living area two huge bedrooms a kitchen and bathroom for only $125/night. It also included a park pass to use into Clifty Falls State Park. We could have fit our three adults and four kids there for below half the price we paid at the hotel.

Staff was great. Location was great. Super clean. Every staff member was really really nice. Housekeeping did a great job with the room.

Con was the pool. It’s super small and dangerous. There are two seats in the pool that look like steps and a family member got hurt. The chlorine level was crazy high too. We all had sore throats and burning eyes just from sitting in the room. Lack of parking during a busy night was a downer.
