The breakfast was amazing everyday. Always full, hot and tasty. The staff was always friendly; smiling and going the extra step to lend a hand. Rooms are huge and beautiful, keeping the flavor of the old cotton mill that the building was before. There was a well kept fitness room with a view of the river, making a workout quite relaxing. The front porch was perfect for outdoor cocktails and meeting new people who were also out front relaxing. Cool bar area with good bartenders.

Only two items for improvement...we stayed a week and housekeeping had to be chased down for toilet paper, fresh towels and trash removal. (although they were always friendly and helpful when we flagged them down) We never got a full room cleaning in 7 days. The laundry is FREE! but there is only one small washer and one small dryer for the entire hotel. I believe that most guests would be happy to pay a little to have more availability.

Peaceful, Relaxing, Tall Ceilings giving a sense of calmness, felt like we were a very important couple. / Staff we’re kind, considerate and comfortable to have conversations with. / our Room was the same and it overlooked the Ohio River and the bridge to Kentucky/ A wonderful lodging room and a healthy good breakfast offering.

There was a big problem, we could not stay longer. I wished there was a museum on the property about the Eagle Cotton Mill.

I loved all the updates that was done. I also enjoyed the history of the building. We also enjoyed the very high ceilings that they offered an open beams. It really gave us some history on the place. Interview was absolutely wonderful.

The cost of purchasing a cola on-site was outrageous. 4 Dollars way too much. I also felt like breakfast could have been a little more than what was offered. Just as simple as a hard boiled egg at the breakfast would’ve been wonderful. Second day there was no oatmeal. Some thing that I always eat.

The hotel was perfectly placed just a couple of blocks off Main Street and overlooking the river. In the evening, we would walk along the river and sit on a bench. So peaceful.

The bar didn't have a blender for frozen margaritas. But they made a mean Tito's and Tonic! So good.

The location is just beautiful. Its also very walkable to the town. the hotel is very rich in history and it shows in the decor and architecture.

The bed was extremely broken down and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Housekeeping could have done a better job at vacuuming the room as we found broken pretzels and small rocks/dirt everywhere. Thank goodness I never go bare foot in a hotel room.

The breakfast was great. It had offerings for any taste. We also absolutely loved the birds (turkey vultures). They were beautiful and we loved seeing them fly off of the roof.

We wish you had a small restaurant there. There were very limited delivery options to the hotel. Also, it would be nice to include a safe in the room.

Nobody in Madison has cold glasses to serve beer in. That seems like a small detail but it would never fly in Seattle

I found everything about this hotel impressive. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the river. The bed & pillows were very comfortable- I had the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Breakfast was well stocked & tasty. The river walk just outside the hotel was lovely. Nothing but praise for this establishment!

Some muffins/danish for breakfast would be nice

Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Building is gorgeous and location is perfect. Coffee was the best I've ever had at a hotel.

The shower door didnt seal very well and got water all over the floor. Pillows weren't to our liking, but that is personal preference. There isnt a vending machine anywhere, which I'm sure is to keep with the aesthetic of the building. But it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own bottles of water. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the booking and I just missed it. But these are minor issues. We loved our stay and the hotel!

Love the location! Our room was great. Breakfast was really delicious and just right. Our third time there...

Need to supply better quality toilet paper, and supply lotions. And several hand sanitizer stations were empty...so need to address those things
