We traveled for my little ones bowling tournament and the hotel was a great location around the area we needed to be. The staff was very pleasant at check in and was very helpful when we needed his help. The rooms were clean for the most part. The place looks like it needs updating on the outside. Our friends air didn't work the best in room 214.
They need to pay a little more attention to detail on their house keeping. They need to make sure that the toilets are clean around the bottom by the floor. They need to make sure there is no hair left on the shower walls.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, good shower. Everything was clean. The young man at check in was very friendly and helpful. It appears to be recently remodeled. We did not eat breakfast, but the area was clean and looked fine for a continental breakfast.
The exterior doesn’t look great, but that doesn’t really concern me.

I checked for dog friends lodging, which is one reason I chose Baymont. I did not see the additional $15 charge listed anywhere before I booked. I was informed when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just wish it was not a surprise.

I was a little worried when I saw the outside...it looked rough. The inside was immaculate and the employees were all wonderful.. The price was a huge bargain. It was really perfect!

No elevator to the 2nd floor (that I could find).
