Staff. Minute we walked we were met with laughter among the staff. Seems they have a tight knit team. Dani upgrade us because we didn’t know the room type we booked was downstairs. We wanted up. Thank you. Nikki was friendly seen her walking around several times made us feel safe

Carpet needs replaced but we’ve seen a change from last year when we came for Ragbrai. Definitely quieter and seems the troublesome guest are gone

I am here for a family emergency, and the staff has been very helpful and understanding. Even accommodated me with a ground room so I wouldn't have to climb stairs.

No drawers for my clothes and not enough hangers, but the staff did provide some extra

Had to re-book a room several times for a week at a time and office was kind enough to let me keep the same room. However whe. I first checked in, I was in a handicapped room and whe. I requested to be transferred out, they promptly moved me to a non-handicapped room

There is not anything that I can say that I didn’t like.

Danielle and Jalisa were wonderful checking us in. Check in process was fast and easy. The room itself was clean and had a card with Eric on it. Definitely a recommendation I’m glad was made to me as I will pass that along to other’s and return when in the area for work

No complaints only a suggestion. Consider having a sandwich machine in the vending area

Don’t have any complaints just suggestions. You can tell the hallways have been “cleaned/shampooed” but it isn’t helping any really a waste of time. Replace it. That alone will make the appearance a 100 times better. Room was VERY CLEAN

I love when I book at a budget hotel and it actually is clean comfy beds and good customer service. I found all that here at the Motel 6 Airport. Thank you Dani and Jalisa for helping us with our bags and the other young gentleman that started helping Alison you don’t find that much anymore

I love this hotel, employees are friendly , any problems arise they take care of quickly. Be it Carlos having other patrons moved due to being rude and flooding bathroom.

Other patrons being rude and inconsiderate, but not hotels fault. They did remedy the issue quickly tho.

The staff was excellent lovely attitude attentive answered every question and all my requests and needs were met

There was nothing that I didn't like all the way up to how quiet it was comfortable very comfortable I love motel 6 by the airport the team of motel 6 is lovely

Location and really nice staff

People hanging out in exit doorways smoking weed or cigarettes when the hotel provides a outdoor area for people to use and one washing machine and one dryer

I like their bathroom are very nice, hot water and cold water are easily to get. The staff were very friendly and the towels are very clean and I like their breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing to dislike.
