Loved the well designed space. Contemporary and attractive. Breakfast was adequate. Comfortable beds, Smart bathroom - as you approached the door, the light would come on. It was a pleasure to be in a place that didn't have cookie cutter style decor. We asked for, and, received, housekeeping, which was much appreciated.

The lobby seating, although, attractive, was not very comfortable - which wouldn't affect many guests. Staff acknowledged the seating and said it hadn't been broken in yet. : )

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. After a 16 hour drive, all I wanted was a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Avid did not disappoint! The hotel and my room were perfectly immaculate and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I very much appreciated the black out curtain, the lighted bathroom mirror, and the super efficient check-in. The room was not large, but it was spotless and had everything I needed for my brief stay. Loved it!

Maybe there was a way to keep the bathroom light from coming on automatically when you entered it - but I couldn’t figure it out. Don’t really want the full light on at 2am, especially since the light switch also had a night light. Also, the breakfast is set up more as a “grab-and-go” rather than a plated breakfast. Which makes sense, given its airport location. Just don’t expect eggs, bacon, or a waffle machine. Neither the bathroom light, nor the light breakfast offered, would deter me from staying at this hotel chain again. I’ll stay in one every time I travel if I can!

Very clean and comfortable stay. Was especially impressed with the staff, who were all friendly and went out of their way to make us feel valued. Thoughtful desk clerk who checked us in the evening of March 23 even looked up and wrote down my IHG rewards number and handed it to me (without me asking) when I didn't remember it! Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices and well stocked. Room was well designed with thoughtful touches, modern, and exceptionally clean. This was our first stay at the Avid chain, but it won't be our last!

This hotel was a really nice surprise. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was a little further out than we would have preferred but it was very easy to get to/from where we needed to be. The breakfast was fantastic - everything was single serve but good variety of breakfast sandwiches, fruit and other items. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean and the decor was modern and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I'm trying to think of something and honestly can't think of anything that wasn't great about the property itself. I guess it was a bit on the expensive side but overall we really like it.

It was at a great location just off interstate. VERY clean and staff BERY friendly and helpful. It had a couple fast food places BUT they all close earlier then I would of thought. We were at a horse show and didn't get done one night til after midnight and all fast food around town closed before 10. There is a gas station there by hotel that is also a small grocery store and a large Casey that stay open all night.

The breakfast while ther were some good choices.....if I wanted those gas station breakfast sandwiches would of been ok. I woukd rather see a set up like Drury inn...who still manage to donut without people winning about health issues. They have HOT food, like eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravey, waffle maker, HOT oatmeal already made up, bagels, toast. Yogurt, fruit and even Danishes.

Hotel is very bright, nicely decorated, eco-conscious, clean, quiet, and with easy access to the highway and airport. A couple gas stations and fast food locations nearby. The staff we encountered were very welcoming and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, and temperature was controlled by us in our room.. We were there on a very hot and humid weekend and the hotel, common spaces and our room were all very cool and comfortable. The room doesn't have carpeting, but I liked that as the floors were very clean. Shower was hot with adequate water pressure. Our King sized room had a mini-fridge perfect for leftovers and some beverages. In the lobby there is a microwave to use, along with access to coffee, tea, hot cocoa, still and sparkle water and an ice machine. Breakfast was a mix of grab and go items, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, hot breakfast sandwiches, and egg white omelets (my favorite). We would stay here again if in the area.

Overall we enjoyed our time. Amazing bathroom. Floor is not carpet so probably cleaner. Very clean public areas. Comfy bed. Large tv. A grassy field nearby. Drinks are nice at breakfast.

The 2 queen room main part was very small and cramped despite the large sized bathroom. This is our biggest complaint. It would have been a struggle of we had wanted to spend more time in our room or were there longer as we had to sort of trip over each other and there wasnt even a chair There was no microwave.Not a deal breaker but nice to have. The breakfast wasn't inedible or horrible or anything- but it was without a pancake machine, waffles, bacon, plain eggs, toast, etc which the kids look forward to a lot when we stay at hotels.

The breakfast was great! we didn't expect to get healthier/better tasting food than in the other hotels we stayed in so that was a good surprise. The room was clean, we loved not having carpet so it could be cleaned (hopefully!) after each person/family's stay. the shower had glass doors so no icky shower curtains. was pleased with how clean it was.

we would've liked a nightlight instead of the bathroom light automatically coming on when entering the bathroom in the middle of the night, we arrived late in the evening so maybe didn't check another solution out well. would really have liked a microwave in the room. oh, and please put the sheer blind partially up for the beginning of a person's stay so no one thinks the blinds are fully blocking the window if they come in after dark :0

Exceptionally clean, nice details like USB chargers built into the bedside tables, Dove products for the soaps and shampoos. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also very good!

I wish there was an individual coffee maker in the room. It’s nice that fresh coffee is available self serve all night and day but having to leave your room to go and get it is a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was excellent. The attendent was constantly refilling items so nothing would run out. Very clean and sanitary. Assigned us a ground level room, which was very convenient for my handicapped wife.

They don't provide glasses in the bathroom, plastic, paper, or otherwise, so I needed to go get a cup from the breakfast area. I don't care for the very modern vibe of the hotel decor, but that is just my personal preference.
